“I missed my package 3 days in a row due to work and had to pick it up here. I thought it would be difficult as this is not a store front and the entrance is a large employee parking lot but ... It was simple. I didn't even have to enter the fenced in facility, they brought my package out to me. Very nice staff as well thanks again!!”

“I can’t say enough great things about this UPS Store! This is the only location I go to because every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with beautiful smiles and exceptional customer service.
The girls who work here are always so friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to help. They’re bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and make every visit such a pleasant experience. I recently came in feeling very stressed because I had multiple shipments to send, and the entire team jumped in to help get everything packed and shipped quickly and professionally.
The owners should be incredibly proud of the amazing employees they’ve hired. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides this level of kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. I highly recommend this location!”

“I almost kept driving by when I saw the place but I figured I'd at least stop in and see what they had to offer. I was looking for a place to have packages shipped to and didn't want to spend what the big brown place wants to charge. The lady was very helpful in getting me set up with a residential postal address and the ability to have packages sent there. It is exactly what I was looking for at a price I could afford. So far so good...Thank you Pony Express!!”

“This branch is always very helpful with questions and quick services. We had our passports processed here and the postwoman was wonderful. We set up an appointment online but they do have walk ins on certain days and times for passports. The whole experience was efficient and stress free. I appreciate having this service local and in our small borough.”
“They get a 5 star rating. They are working under a legislative handicap not of their making. The had DeJoy, a postmaster trying to move them to privatization. He waited to resign once he was sure that Trump was in power, so the Republican PO board could appoint someone just like him. “ Good luck, rural delivery areas “. ?”
“Staff is friendly or pleasant to interact with. They used to have a woman worker, who might have finally retired or got retired, & she would toss packages as if there's nothing valuable inside. Currently I've had nothing but good experience every time I visit.”

“The Post Office I visit is in Fairview,PA.currently have a P.O. Box. If I forget my key, I provide my ID and tell them my box #, and they get the mail out for me. Always so helpful!”
