“I had an exceptional experience at the Verizon store in Neshaminy Mall with Rhiannon and Zach. They went above and beyond to help my family upgrade our devices, including two new Google Pixel phones and a tablet. What stood out the most was their dedication to resolving a technical issue with activating service for both phones, even staying well past closing time to ensure everything was fixed.
Despite the challenges, Rhiannon and Zach worked tirelessly from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, troubleshooting and navigating issues with Verizon's system. Their patience and professionalism never wavered, even when faced with my 2-year-old twin daughters during my initial visit, who were, as toddlers often are, full of energy. The staff was kind and understanding, making the experience much less stressful for me as a parent.
Thanks to their determination and incredible customer service, we left with fully functioning devices and a great experience. If you're looking for a Verizon store where the staff truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend visiting Rhiannon and Zach at this location.”

He I went through a nightmare yesterday with calling the main Xfinity customer service number. I went into the Xfinity store and was greeting by Brendan. I explained what happened the previous day and Brendan knew EXACTLY what was needed to fix my issue. He was kind, patient, a great listener and very knowledgeable. It's because of him, I will continue to be an Xfinity customer. Save yourself the trouble of calling the customer service number. Go into the Xfinity store in Langhorne! “At first I was kind upset because the time frame on google said the store opens at 10 am. When I arrived there was a window sign that said the store doesn’t open until 11am. I had to wait an extra 45 mins to handle my business. But I can honestly say that the staff was very sympathetic and understanding of my situation. Jamie helped me and set up my new product in timely manner, and was very polite and professional. I was very happy when I left. Great staff at this place . I would just recommend that the time be updated on google.”
