I have used their services several times and have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they needed to climb through the attic to run a new cable for a speaker to the new amplifier. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I will continue to contact them for all of my theater, and audio and video requirements. Absolutely a Five Star company!”

He let me know about all of the promotions I qualified for, answered all of the questions I had with the new phone, and explained what to expect my future Verizon bills to look like. I went to two Apple stores today for this phone with no luck (lack of inventory and poor customer service) but on the plus side of those poor visits I found someone that I trust and will be recommending! He I went through a nightmare yesterday with calling the main Xfinity customer service number. I went into the Xfinity store and was greeting by Brendan. I explained what happened the previous day and Brendan knew EXACTLY what was needed to fix my issue. He was kind, patient, a great listener and very knowledgeable. It's because of him, I will continue to be an Xfinity customer. Save yourself the trouble of calling the customer service number. Go into the Xfinity store in Langhorne! I came in after being with T-Mobile for 13 years, and honestly the main reason I made the switch was because of Brianni. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She handled three activations, upgraded my phones, set up my home WiFi, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
She even helped me recover forgotten passwords and locked-out iCloud accounts, and stayed patient through every step. She walked me through every detail and made sure everything was set up correctly — down to making sure all my apps were downloaded and working perfectly.
I genuinely appreciate a representative who is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping people. A lot of phone stores focus only on making the sale, but Brianni goes above and beyond to make sure you’re fully taken care of.
