“My first time going here b/c they're so close to where I live and they had pretty good google reviews so I took a chance. I had a good experience with them and would recommend them to others. I had to get all 4 of my break pads & rotors replaced + the front strut assembly's, the front sway bar links and a wheel alignment, so the cost definitely wasn't cheap. However, they know what they're doing, were very professional and quick. Good customer service too. I would certainly go back there again.”

“I stopped into Speedy Lube off of Greys Ferry Ave to get an oil change and they informed me on the proper oil for my vehicle so i got the oil and they changed all of my filters also the wait wasn't long. The service was great and so was the Mechanic he was so helpful he showed me the cabin filter behind my glove box that looked like it had never been changed before now the inside of my car doesn't have that weird smell. Thanks......Great service there and I will definitely be going back!!!!”

“When my usual auto repair/maintenance place closed (the owners retired), I looked for another place nearby (south of South Street). We found a place that got good reviews online. So I decided to try it. I needed normal maintenance, not repair(s)--oil change, annual inspection/emissions check, replacing the transmission fluid, possible new battery, etc. I made an appointment and brought in my car and gave them the list of things I needed done. Twice that day, they called me to ask questions and provide advice. I greatly appreciated that and found it significant that they recommended, among other things, that I not have certain work done (e.g. replacing the battery after 3.5 years) that I thought I might need. Although the bill was a bit higher than I was used to, the charges are less important to me than dealing with an honest and competent place. So far, that's what Pinnacle appears to be.Services: Transmission”

“I live nearby so I go here to vacuum my car all the time. The vacuums always work really well and they last pretty long per $1. If I set up properly before starting it, I can usually vacuum everything in one go, but it never takes more than $2 to get my whole mini van vacuumed.It's always fairly busy too, both at the self-service vacuum areas and at the car wash, which is a good sign. Even located across the street from literally another car wash / detail spot, I've noticed it's still always poppin'. .Last time I was there, I said, "Why not?!" and gave the drive-through car wash a shot for the first time. They have a few options: you can do a basic $5 wash, a slightly less basic $8 wash, a full $12 wash, or an all-out $15 wash with Rain-X and a bunch of other stuff. I went for the $15 wash because my car was pretty grimey and very badly needed a wash. The $15 wash comes with your choice of an air freshener, from a ton of scent options. They take card payments too, which is very convenient because I was just short the cash and almost left before I noticed the signs saying they take card.The wash itself was very straight-forward. It seems short but you stay in the same spot for a bit while the machines do their work. When you're done, there are dudes who hand-dry your car for you, which is nice. (Don't forget to tip them, btw!)I was definitely impressed! All the dirt and grime on my windows + car was gone. No streaks or anything either. It's been a week and my van is still going strong! She looks amazing. I didn't expect too much going into a drive-through car wash but was pleasantly surprised and plan to come back for sure, sooner rather than later.”
