“I truly can’t say enough good things about Montgomery Animal Hospital. From the very beginning, Jen Serroni has been incredible. She’s always made herself available when I’ve had questions, and when my cat recently needed more immediate attention, she went out of her way to help get us an appointment quickly. You can tell she genuinely cares, and I’m so grateful for her. And Dr. Marks…please ask to see her. You will not regret it. She was absolutely amazing. She took the time to look at the full picture, explain everything to me, and answer every question I had. She was honest and straightforward while still being incredibly thoughtful and compassionate in the way she communicated everything. I’ve always been someone who gets nervous taking my pets to the vet, and I can honestly say this was the first experience where I felt like they were taking care of both my cat and me. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or made to feel silly for being worried. I left feeling informed, reassured, and like my cat was truly in the best hands. Even the little things stood out… they brought out a goodie bag for my daughter, which was so incredibly thoughtful and just another example of the kind of people they are. I’m just so grateful to have found them. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the animals and the people who love them, I could not recommend Jen, Dr. Marks, and Montgomery Animal Hospital more. ❤”

“Been going to LVC for several years for both of my dogs. Everyone is always so kind, attentive, and personable. I rarely have to sit in the waiting area, which is really nice for my dog's comfort, especially my reactive/nervous dog. Getting an appt within a couple of days-a week is rarely an issue. Dr. Perone and Dr. Patten are both great; both provide excellent care and answer questions thoughtfully. I feel very reassured that my dogs are in good hands for any surgeries performed by Dr. Patten. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful as well!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Rau Animal Hospital. I bring both my cat and my dog here, and every experience we’ve had has been wonderful. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the entire staff has always been kind and helpful. But what really stands out to me is the level of care we’ve received from Dr. Kwong. My dog, Tess, has several serious and terminal health issues, and Dr. Kwong has been an absolute angel throughout all of it. She keeps me updated when new information comes in, gets back to me quickly when I have questions, and always takes the time to discuss our options with compassion and without making me feel rushed. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and the people who love them, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us. The vet techs have also been amazing. We come in regularly for allergy shots and nail trims, which Tess absolutely hates, and every tech we’ve worked with has consistently prioritized her comfort rather than just trying to get the appointment done quickly. We came from a vet where speed seemed to take priority, so having a team that genuinely pays attention to how Tess is handling everything means the world to me. When you have a pet with complicated health issues, having a veterinary team you trust makes such a huge difference. I feel genuinely cared for at Rau, and more importantly, I know my pets are cared for. I’m incredibly grateful we found this practice and would highly recommend Rau Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a team that truly cares about their patients.”

“What can I say? I wish we could all pass on while lying on our beds on the porch, in the full sunshine and surrounded by family, with a belly full of Reese's peanut butter cups. This was the best money ever spent. Dr. Aronson was so kind, respectful, and really listened. She let us set the pace and explained what was going to happen, both in advance and as it went on, and made sensitive suggestions throughout and giving us space as needed. After she left, she followed up with a poem based on the stories we told her about my dog, along with a nose print that she took of him. Being able to say goodbye to your dog on your own time and in a stress-free setting of your choosing is the greatest gift. I'm so grateful we had this option and I'm so glad we had Dr. Aronson there to help.”

Everyone was always so kind and really listened to our concerns. They even sent me a very sweet card signed by the staff and offered to refund his unused medicated food. I had noticed in my previous review I only left 5 stars but my experience with cats only deserves more than that. It’s not the cheapest option, but it was well worth the money.”

“We had our first visit with Dr Tori today. We went to her father for over 30 years. We were really excited to meet her. By the time we got there our dog was in distress. This was a new and sudden development. His heart rate was too high and he was having trouble breathing. Dr Tori and her staff acted quickly getting a chest xray ASAP. Enlarged heart. Our dog is a 12 1/2 year old Newf. We appreciated her recommended to take him home on some cardiac meds instead of going to an ER.. They were compassionate and patient. Hank is home now with new medication and we are hopeful. So glad Dr Tori took over her dad's practice!!”
