I had my 2024 Hyundai Tucson with extensive rear end damage repaired here and it took only 2 weeks to repair. After completion it looks like a brand new car just coming off the lot. “Took the truck in to be fixed and took 5 days due to the holiday. When we bought the vehicle we were told we would get a loaner vehicle and the service dept said they don’t do that at this dealership. Also we were told the 2 small dents could be pulled out but we had to wait a month so all the paperwork could be put in the system so it would be covered under the warranty. The truck did get fixed but the dents did not. Would have given 5 stars but because the sales and the financing people lied to us about a loaner vehicle and pulling out the dents i can only give 4 stars.”
