“Pedro was fantastic! I walked into Verizon with a Galaxy S22 shaped brick, and he got me set up with a new Pixel 10 Pro XL quickly and painlessly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions, got everything activated and working, and successfully guided me through the death of my previous phone, all while I was in Philly on vacation! The Pixel is great, my old Galaxy is free to dramatically limp toward retirement, and I left very happy with the experience. Give Pedro a raise, a trophy, or at minimum a really good snack. 10/10, I would have a phone emergency with Pedro again.”

“AHMED IS THE GOAT!! EXCEPTIONAL!! BEFORE GOING TO TECH2GO, I CALLED ANOTHER SHOP AND THEY QUOTED $159 FOR MY BROKEN CAMERA TO BE REPAIRED AND TO CALL A DAY AHEAD OF BRINGING THE PHONE IN BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PARTS. I WALKED INTO TECH2GO @5:30 AND AHMED VERY QUICKLY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO COST $100 AND THAT HE WOULD THROW IN A CAMERA LENS PROTECTOR. HE SAID IT WOULD BE READY BY 7. IT WAS ACTUALLY 6:45 WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP AND FOR ANOTHER $25 HE GAVE ME A NEW GLASS FRONT SCREEN PROTECTOR AND A CUTE NEW CASE. PERIODT!! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE UNHEARD OF IN 2026. EVERYBODY SHOULD GO TO TECH2GO IN THE 6900 BLOCK OF MARKET STREET IN UPPER DARBY instead of buying a new phone. It’s as if I now have a brand new iPhone in my hand that is costing me nothing per month.🤌🏾 Oh yeah, I was going to tip him, but he told me instead of a tip, he would take the review. I just love him!”

“Went in for a broken charging port. Ive been here for service 3 times over the years, always accurate in their diagnosis and quick to complete. Price is usually lower than others Ive called for estimates. Owner was upfront that hed try to just clean it first and see if that works then itd just be a minimal charge. I appreciate that. He cleaned the port and put it on a tester charger and watched for it to get to an expected level that would show it's in working order. In and out in under $20 and 20 minutes. Will definitely be back as needed.”

He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

I am from the old school generation in which phones were not a priority. Personal communication was the resolution to receive information. I still have this phone activated. When I have questions about why I am losing access to certain capabilities of what my phone USED to assist me with Abraham is Always there patiently trying to help me. He has verbalized that I definitely NEED to upgrade for my phone just doesn’t have the capabilities to keep up with obtaining Apps which are needed to have access to most benefits offered. I cringe at the thought of having to start over trying to figure out how to use my phone again. Abraham Understand this and so he is patiently waiting for me to finally wave the white flag, come on in and purchase an upgrade. He never turns me away when I come in for this I am pleased 😀. When I can afford to buy an upgrade you better believe that Abraham will be the one I purchase my phone from. I know for a fact that when I do I will be leaving Boost Mobile with the knowledge I need to operate it. I look forward to this day for I can see it coming soon. Both times here I was served by Duc who so graciously helped me upgrade my device and then my daughter’s. He helped me pick the right case for my phone and patiently set my phone up with a screen protector. I’ve visited a few Verizon locations in the area but this one is the very best! Really nice store, friendly staff and a nice addition to the Drexel Hill area!”

Upon meeting the owner, he is very pleasant, professional, and informative. I then left my phone with him in hopes of fixing it. Sadly, the issue with my phone was beyond their scope but I truly appreciate the honest effort in fixing it - as well as the owner not charging me (not even for labor) due to being unable to fix the issue. I fully support any place that works with integrity like this. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner even recommended a place to me to help fix my now motherboard issue.”
