“So I recently went through something I thought I’d never have to discuss, but a couple weeks ago I was rear ended while stopped in front of a school bus. It was a typical morning in which I was dropping off one of the kids at school, when suddenly I was visually prompted to follow an extremely common rule!

For in the oncoming lane I saw a school bus who began to flash its lights and activate its side mounted stop sign, which to be honest always gives me ptsd because of a past experience that ended in a hefty fine. But that is a story perhaps for another day, but nevertheless school buses make me nervous because of the amount I previously had to pay!

Once I saw the school bus doing its you better stop dance, I immediately slowed to a crawl at the most opportune chance. And after about 10 seconds or so of me patiently waiting with hands on the wheel, the whole vehicle shook as if it was struck by another automobile!

This moment caught me completely by surprise, forcing me to investigate with a pair of heavily confused eyes. I instantly realized that a car that had been parked in front of the school just moments before, wasn’t entirely in the same position anymore!

And although it sounds completely avoidable and a tad bizarre, the driver just carelessly pulled out and struck my car. Upon inspecting the damage I began praying for my life, because the real anxiety was mustering up the courage to tell the wife!

I thought for sure she’d place me in an early tomb, but thankfully this tale doesn’t end in doom and gloom. For she told me not to panic and get their insurance information, so we could once again enlist the services of a company that helped us in a past situation!

She was referring to CARSTAR by Lutzi a fantastic repair place, which houses two wonderful pooches that beckon you inside with the most welcoming embrace. And at the front counter you’ll be greeted by Shelly and Alicia—a sweet mother daughter team, whose smiles are akin to a pleasant sunbeam!

They quickly take all the necessary information while summoning Shelly’s extremely knowledgeable husband—Mark, who will look over your vehicle’s damage like a hungry shark. Finding not only issues that can be seen on the outside, but damages that other questionable shops may try to hide!

Afterwards faster than you can clear a mild hiccup, they send you on your way with a rental drop off and pick up. I simply can’t recommend them enough because truly in a jiffy, CARSTAR by Lutzi will have your vehicle looking super spiffy!””

“I get very nervous with mechanics as a woman who knows nothing about cars. I have had bad experiences with disrespectful shops in the past that have taken advantage of me. This was NOT my experience with Broadway Service Center. My starter was acting up and they were able to squeeze me in with such short notice. They quoted me a reasonable price and were very informative of the process in a way that even I could understand what was happening. They listened to me thoughtfully as I complained about the problem being a potential battery issue and validated my concerns with kindness and respect.
