“This is my second time buying a car from Smith Used Cars. I am jazzed that I got a car I wanted and was able to get a car with credit that was not great and still have affordable payments. This time I am even more impressed with how they helped me afford this car and made the process easy. They have a great personal touch.”

“I had an amazing experience with VnJ Collision! Brad was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. Dealing with insurance can be stressful, but he made everything so much easier and really took the time to help me navigate it all. What truly stood out was how far he went above and beyond—he knew how eager I was to get my car back, but I got stuck at work with emergency patients and couldn’t make it in. Without hesitation, Brad personally dropped my car off at my house (which was nearby), and on top of that, he had it fully detailed. That level of care and customer service is rare. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend VnJ Collision to anyone!”

“Customer service was great. Our rental was great. Highly satisfied with the cars safety features, comfort, durability, and smooth ride. Not great on gas, but would sacrifice for all other attributes. Plenty of options to take advantage of to add to your peace of mind during rental period. Would Highly recommend, and would utilize this facility for a future rental. Competitive pricing. Very satisfied.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help. The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big corporate rental company, it felt like walking into a neighborhood business where people actually cared about helping you. They turned a frustrating day into a genuinely positive experience, and I even found myself laughing with the staff.”

“Alyssa and Justin were very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding the rental. The staff was top notch. However the condition of the car I rented was pretty iffy. I’m not so sure this is a local branch issue as much as an enterprise issue.”
