βJust rented my first storage unit. Garry & Jason were a big help in showing me the various sized units, showing me how to operate the lock, and getting the contract completed. Highly recommend this place.β
βStephanie was incredible and so remarkably helpful
I canβt be more grateful for how helpful and great the service is here
The units are clean and are amazingβ
βVery affordable. Do not book online, at least don't press the PAY button - enter you info & then call to check for deals. I did it & got a month free & reduced price overall!β
βExtra Space storage in Media has been great to work with from beginning to end. Staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. It was a good experience for me.β
βTried to rent some units online but decided to call instead because I had questions. Zach answered all our questions and was a huge help in securing the units we needed for our move.β
βSuper! My husband and I purchased a storage space decades ago. My husband passed away and I hadnβt been to the storage unit since his death. I arrived today and Harry, the manager was great - friendly, kind, helpful! He assisted me in accessing the unit, getting a new lock and making arrangements to sell much of the stuff. As an elderly, chronically ill, disabled woman, the extra care was greatly appreciated!β
βGreat experience everyone was super nice and they answered all my questions. I worked with Dylan and secured the rental unit on Greenhill Rd West Chester with no problems. Very easy!β
βVery happy with Storage King USA's Newtown Sq location. Clean and secure. Got a unit a few months ago.
Super easy online setup, and Tony in the management office is great to work with and has always been available, helpful, and responsive. You can park and unload right at the climate controlled buildings doors, which was perfect because it rained for a couple of days that we were moving stuff in.β
βWorked with Vince and Cheri to get the space I needed for my items! Got a call in the morning confirming my apt, got in and it was quick and Easy.Thank you guys!β
βI was locked out of my storage and Brittany O. got it right open for me and helped me replace the lock. Brittany was so friendly and helpful I really appreciate it!β
βThey were absolutely amazing to work with in every step of the way! From the office staff to the movers, they were all professional and courteous! I would highly recommend them.β
βAshley was amazing and knowledgeable about the it's and out's of what the prices where, sizes of units available and how quick we could move our things inβ
βFantastic experience with Mini U Storage! The units are clean, the property is well maintained, and customer service is top-notch. Great value and peace of mind.β
βI had an excellent experience with Dom. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions regarding the various units. Great service makes all the difference!β

βHave used them twice in the last two years. These guys are wonderful! They work hard, are polite and take care to protect your belongings. Will use them again!β
βWhat a wonderful experience using Havertown movers! The three young men who moved our belongings were respectful, conscientious, extremely hard working, and did an amazing job! They all worked carefully and efficiently. Definitely recommend and we will not hesitate to use them again!!!β
βI’ve been storing things for almost 1 year and a half. Very nice and have taken very good care of us. And everyone has been exceptional nice and always working with me . Will is my favorite . He’s gone over and above . But they are all wonderful to work with .
Thanks again for being so nice and flexible.
Best storage abd I’ve been here over 30 years so I know.β
βThank you again for allowing me to rent from you co. With the understanding if the way my pay goes I had to make a slight change to pay on the 4th of each month instead of the first and the company was kind enough to make that change for me .β
βI have been nothing but pleased with this company. I was able to explain my situation with them and they are just so kind. The ladies are very sweet. I definitely recommend this storage company. Very clean and just polite and understanding and friendlyβ
βI wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382β
βEverything went well and getting a unit was done very quickly. Only thing is it looked like the unit door was replaced and the old one left in the locker. I thought my movers would've removed it but they didn't causing me to lose a few inches of space. Other than that no complaints.β

βStaff members were top-notch; Jon, Libby and Carmen; informative, patient and helpful. The West Chester facility is kept spotlessly clean. The carts are strong and I always found one in the building that my unit is in. It appears that all the clients respect and take care of the property, too. I especially like the fact that it's a family-owned business that takes pride in their company, their employees and service, and their facilities - and all at a fair and reasonable price. Good job!!β
βThis Public Storage facility is clean and well-managed. In particular, Madina pays attention to details and is thoughtfully helpful to customers. She has successfully worked through a couple administrative complications with my unit. I recommend her facility for storage needs.β
βI have been a client for 3 yrs now I feel my stuff is safe and security cameras were installed which is a plus and they work with u and are understanding .I would recommend this company to friends if ever in need .β
βI'm spending hundreds less for the same size storage unit. The management company has been very supportive when I reached out for assistance. Highly recommended!β
βMike was super helpful. He understood my needs and understood that the equipment that he had wasnβt enough for my job. He even helped me find another place and even set it up for me. Highly recommend!!!β

βItβs been an excellent experience, and Roby has helped out a lot. We recently moved from Florida and trying to get situated and she made storing our belongings very easy.β
βBen and Chris were great to work with. Very professional, responded promptly to my inquiries, and took excellent care of my mother's furniture and belongings during the move. Most of mom's items were antiques, and they were extremely careful with them. I highly recommend Great Valley Moving and will use them again in the future.β

βExcellent experience dealing with Bruce who was super accommodating close to closing time on a Friday — he was knowledgeable and helpful with a good sense of humor — a great customer experience all around and the facility is a clean, well-lighted space (including the bathroom!) with easy access and reasonable hours and prices.β
