The only drawback is that it's not closer.”

Last year, I ordered something that they didn't have readily available. They called, asked if I would like something a little nicer for the same price, and shipped it the same day. “Bought jeans for my son after 2 months they completely came apart at the seam. Read the review online after this happened, apparently this was the same complaint for tons of customers. For the price of the jeans, the quality should be better. Staff was helpful for the return. I have also shown up twice during regular plaza hours to find out they were closed. Wish they opened at 10am or closed at 8 to be more accommodating.”
“Dunhams gets 5 stars simply for having a broad selection of sporting goods available to purchase. I had gone to Dick's next door to pick up an extra PFD before I went to go paddle on the river that is literally next door to this plaza. Dicks did not have ANY water sports equipment or supplies. Absurd. Dunhams was well stocked with what I needed, and presumably a good selection for what others could possibly want. I will absolutely be back here before I go back to Golf Galaxy 2.0.”

“100/100 stars for Lids at Ross Park. My uncle passed away last week, and he was a huge Pirates fan. As a tribute to him, we bought 35 Pirates hats and had his initials embroidered on them for family. Steve and Dante were incredibly gracious and kind, and they stayed after closing to get the embroidery done in time for the funeral. I'll never buy a hat anywhere else ever again.”
“My usually goto place in the area off McKnight rd to grab hunting and fishing supplies including licenses, usually has the stuff I need in stock and there are always coupons available, only downside is the signal in the building and parking lot is horrible so if you need to look something up the price check or see for stock, you’ll be hard pressed to.”

“I stopped in looking for a new set of irons and already had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Golf pro Alex helped me out, and he was great to work with from start to finish.
He's extremely knowledgeable about golf, especially when it comes to the analytics behind the game and club fitting. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything without making it feel overwhelming or like he was trying to sell me something.
On top of that, he was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for Alex if you're shopping for clubs.”

“I rented skis for my two daughters a few weeks ago then Saturday returned to purchase a full set for my wife and I during the Labor Day sale.
The owner remembered me from the first meeting and what we talked about. Got us both set up with what we needed.
He explained the differences between our options and made me feel extremely confident we made a great choice I skis that will last us a long time.
When I returned to pick up the skis we purchased he gave me some tips on how to get them onto of my car a bit easier and how to use the rack properly.
It was great dealing with a passionate knowledgeable business owner and we will be back for any other skiing needs.
There’s still a lot of golf season left but it maybe the first time in my life I am looking forward to winter.”
