I stopped in on February 16 2024 looking for a couch around 4:30 and I asked if they could deliver it the same night and at first they weren't sure if they could so they called the delivery drivers and asked if they could deliver it and they didnt hesitate to say yes. “Stopped by yesterday to look at chairs and recliners. Had just what the wife wanted. The prices were fantastic and could not tell it is an outlet item. Decided to purchase on the spot without looking any further. Will be getting delivered this coming week. We are quite pleased with the whole purchase. The salesperson was great, smiling and talking which makes a great experience overall. The salesperson was Linda Gallucci. She is great. If your need any furniture needs check the place out and it Linda is around she will treat you right. Wanted to add a special note about our delivery service yesterday. “First, I will say that the production lead time on this product is loooong. Three-and-a-half months for me (including the holidays). There is not a lot of proactive communication about order updates either. But Woodland Mills does respond quickly to questions.Why the five stars? This is a very high quality, high value product for the price. It is *not* IKEA grade whatsoever. It uses similar design, but the materials far exceed IKEA quality. The pine boards are flawlessly finished and the joint connector nuts, screws, and pegs are steel (not plastic or pot metal). The back isn't paper, but 5/8 in. pine. It's beautiful. The instructions are very clear and the packaging was perfect. There is pride in the design and manufacture of this product.It clearly states on the website that the shelves need to be assembled and finished with stained, so I was expecting that, and honestly, for the price, I'm 100% okay with it. Prebuilt and stained shelves are 3x the price and don't look any better.I would recommend these to my carpenter father.”

“My husband and I bought two incredible and unique pieces of furniture on different occasions from them before they moved recently to the location a few shops down. And I still love to walk through for a quiet moment every so often in the new space, although unfortunately I must agree with KL Dean's review that the store no longer had the selection of high end furniture. A lot of the space seems more dedicated to new decorative items, and ones that are not all that unique. They still have quite a few smaller one-off vintage decor collectibles. I will still visit for my quiet moments but really miss the unique high-end furniture and variety formerly displayed.”
