Everyone is very friendly, personable and compassionate. We had problems with two cats over the last year. They diagnosed their illnesses, thoroughly explained their outlook, and told us what to expect. When it came time to put them down, everyone was very understanding and compassionate. And I needed a new vet. My dog hasn't been feeling good for the past couple days. I called country companion. They asked me what was wrong with my dog Missy, they told me they could get me in in 1 hour now that is customer service. When we arrived everyone we spoke with was very friendly and caring.

“Just wanted to say that i enjoy seeing the cows when i pass by. i moved to PA from CA a little over a year ago & before I moved here, my mom had mentioned a cow that she would pass all the time. She named her Lonely Lucy, not knowing if she was a girl or a boy, but the name stuck. we would always say whether or not, we saw Lonely Lucy outside grazing. last year we saw that she had a friend join her and she was no longer “lonely” Lucy, although we still call her that. just thought i’d share (:”

“All of our animals have come here for many years. They did a successful emergency surgery on one of our cats and with another cat with a life-threatening heart condition, they were very sympathetic and helpful. We always feel very welcome and everyone is very kind.”

“Dr. Pat is the MOST WONDERFUL human being ever! She is Saint Francis reincarnated - animals of all sizes and temperaments just gravitate toward her and love her. She has gone above and beyond for my fur babies and is the most selfless person. She’s kind, compassionate, intelligent, and will do anything for an animal. I’ve reached out with pictures or in a panic and she either reassures me or gets us in immediately. She’s been there for emergencies or annual appointments, she’s reliable and realistic. We’ve been going to her almost 5 years now and there’s nobody else I would trust as much as her. Her prices are fair and humor is free, she’s the most intelligent and easiest person to talk to. The negative reviews (3 out of a million) are people who probably went to her private parking lot and used it to loiter. If you want a parking lot to hang out in go to Wawa. They aren’t customers or people that know her, just passer-byes attempting to use her private land because they think it’s convenient for them and got upset that she told them to leave. She’s an amazing person and anybody that knows her will agree she’s a superhuman! We love you Dr Pat!!”

“The team at Exton Vet Clinic (EVC) has been taking care of both of our dogs. They have provided outstanding medical care, supervision, and treatment. The EVC genuinely cares about your pets and it is reflected in the level of care and service they provide.

Recently, we had to put one of our dogs down. Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but the team at EVC made the experience as compassionate and comforting as possible. Doctor Stanek stayed with us the entire time, talking us through the process with such kindness and care. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that they truly understood the depth of our loss.

When we picked up our dog’s ashes, we were deeply touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff. His ashes were placed in a beautiful wooden box, and they had taken an ink imprint of his paw, which they included on a card along with a heartfelt note “from our dog” thanking us for loving him. It was an incredibly meaningful gesture that brought us both comfort and tears.

We cannot thank Exton Vet Clinic enough for the love and respect they showed both us and our fur baby. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that truly cares, we highly recommend them. They made one of our most difficult moments a little easier, and for that, we are forever grateful.”

“My Colby passed recently and I used Banfield his entire life. (13 years) I never had a bad experience. I just took in a stray kitten and the next day he had congestion and wet nasal discharge as well as a lot of brown gunk in his ears. I called Banfield and they fit me right in. Dr. Leichty was so nice and never made me feel rushed. She explained his meds to me and made recommendations for his ongoing care. Her techs were also very kind and they were very knowledgeable about his different issues and I felt that they, like Dr. Leichty, really cared about helping this kitten.”
