“I can't give a full 5 stars because I'm rating for curb side only, and corresponding via text during shopping has been unimpressive. The manners just aren't there. Nonetheless, OK so far since my concern is 1) quality items, 2) timeliness at pick-up. I had to stop using the Waterworks location since they kept giving me bad/inedible produce even after I put a note in the comment section requesting freshness. To date, I have not had an issue with quality at the Shaler location.”
“This is the most pleasant pharmacy you could ask for. There were some growing pains with the Rite Aid acquisition but despite that, every time I go I barely get any lines. As for the phones, you might be on hold for 10 minutes or so, but that doesn't compare to the 2 and a half hours that you would be on hold at the Waterworks Giant Eagle pharmacy. The staff here are always so pleasant, despite being overworked and having to deal with frustrated and entitled costumers sometimes. Thank you for getting me my medications in a timely manner!”

“This Giant Eagle is a chain grocery store that is a decent size and has a good selection of groceries. It also has a pharmacy. I did my weekly shopping here one time, and I found all foods that I needed. The prices were alright. The cashier did a good job.”
