“I really need to give this company a 5 star rating. I called on Monday am, when my propane was at roughly 10%. It was Dec 20th- obviously a very busy time for the company to get in all the customer refills in before the holiday. The phone representative said they’re 3-5 days out. I was worried that I’d run out and she said they prioritize by percentage to ensure that customers don’t run out of fuel, especially in the winter around the holiday. Wednesday at 8am, the truck pulled up. Thank you, Gastec. The wonderful customer service has followed their great install almost 8 years later.
Potential Customers: go with Gastec, you won’t regret it! Great all around.”

“This was my second AC install with REIT. Although a few years in between the consistency of quality and good customer service remained the same. From the initial meeting with Chris to the install with the crew, everything went smooth. As a bonus, they delivered and installed window units to get us through a few hot days until the install could begin which was above and beyond and much appreciated. “I only happened to reserve at this location because they had the van size that I needed to move. I usually go to another location , but Mitzi and John were AMAZING! The van that I reserved was available and clean.
I will definitely go back to this location when a truck is needed again. They were both so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have such pleasant interactions both before and after doing something so tiring as moving.”

“I have to give kudos to the staff at 48th and Chestnut street specifically Musa, Mahmoud, and Earl. There was a mess up with Uhaul trucking department not notifying me about the changed location of my pickup. The staff were very kind and tried their best to try to get me a truck for my move. I ended up having to pick it up at another location but kindness and information help make a chaotic situation less frustrating. I appreciate the way they handled the situation and the way Musa was able to help rectify it all. Thank you so much Uhaul 48th street!”

“Consistently a professional staff from reservation and sign-out to return of vehicle. I’m sure this is U-Haul’s most experienced location because every single staff member is top notch. Even the bathrooms are spotless. Melvin especially impressed me because during one of my rentals the wrench icon appeared and I returned the truck instead of calling roadside and he swapped out a vehicle and just made the whole thing seamless. Very professional. And U-Haul outfits all employees so they can stay warm in the cold freezing winter weather. Great experience.”
“I came to this location to get a trailer hitch installed after a frustrating experience elsewhere. I had originally booked an appointment at another site, only to arrive and be told they didn't have anyone on-site to install hitches. It is baffling that the website allows bookings at locations that do not offer the service.
Fortunately, this location got it right. I booked online, called the day before to confirm, and they completed the installation the next day exactly as promised.
The only downside was the wait time. The job took over five hours, and there was nowhere to sit. They did give me advance notice that the car needed to be dropped off, but living eight miles away without a ride, I ended up walking nearby, browsing local stores, and reading to pass the time.
Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, the installation was done properly, and everything ultimately went off without a hitch!”
