When I originally got my upgrade in March 2026, everything was messed up from previous associate (no longer works there).We spent months going back and forth to all surrounding verizon stores and multiple calls witch customer service to get it corrected but nobody was able to. Our last attempt to get a resolution before switching to another carrier was an interaction with both Cody and Amanda (manager). “The Manager of this location is also the manager of the other 2 locations in Harrisburg and I have to say he is one Rock Solid guy. Many thanks to him and I pray for nothing but prosperity in his life. I was in a tough spot, just missed a week of work and had to dump over 1000 into my truck. Savings depleted but I scrounged up enough to pay my phone bill. Somehow there was a technical issue where I had no data. Been with Total Wireless for more than a year. They have the best prepaid coverage area IMHO. So I spend 2 hours on the phone with 611 troubleshooting my no data issue after 4 phone calls the day before. They had no answer. Said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours. Mind you this has absolutely nothing to do with any of the local stores. But I need my data. It's essential to my job. Can't work without it. I go up to the total wireless in Kline Village and the girl there tries to help me but had limited knowledge due to being fairly new. She contacts the manager who tells me to come down to the Derry Street location. The manager there spent over an hour on the phone with technical support trying to help me even staying after hours. He had absolutely no obligation to do so. After they concluded with no resolution the gentleman offered me an upgraded phone at half the cost covered by him and it was way less than that that I paid honestly, gave me a free case and made sure I had solid phone service and data before he left that store. That is Rock solid customer service to say nothing else. I was in a real rough spot and I was very discouraged and that good deed he did for me that day snapped me out of it and got me back on the ball. So many people go around nowadays and don't care about nothing but themselves so to see someone that I know nothing about who has no obligation to help me go out of his way to do everything he can to help me is unrepayable. People like that make me believe that there is still hope when things seem hopeless. If you want someone you can trust and who won't try to scam you or cheat you out of money to make a buck I'd go there if I were you. Thank you for everything sir and may God bring you nothing but fortune and prosperity.”
“I originally had gone to the metro store on the Pike over the weekend due to it being closer. I wanted to upgrade my phone and the guy working was rude and didn't want to help me so I ended up going to this one and I'm glad I did. The representative, Ben, was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. “Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mom and my sister had been dealing with a nightmare with my dad's account for two years. We were ready to switch carriers. My dad passed away, and customer service refused to close his business account even though we had provided everything they asked for. We went to the mall location, one in Mechanicsburg, the store on Paxton, and the one in Colonial Park, and nobody could help us.
Two months ago we spoke to a guy named Charlie or Charles (something like that), and he told us he couldn't help and that we'd have to go to the corporate store. Last week we called customer care again, and they said we needed to go in and get verified in person at a store. Since we live close to this location, we figured we'd give it a shot.
Manny and Zach went above and beyond. We spent two hours there. Zach got on the phone and was talking to an overseas rep we could barely understand, and Manny stepped in and took over the call. Not only did they finally get our business account cancelled, but my mom was able to keep her phone number and open her own account.
I'm so grateful we came to this store and got to work with these two gentlemen. They're amazing. Shame on that manager for never lifting a finger to help us. From now on, this is the only location I'll do business with.”

“I went in here to buy my kids phones, something inexpensive because I mean...their kids??♀️ after I had went to boost and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for just the phones themselves. I walked in and all it took was telling the guy I needed 2 phones for 2 children and he immediately hooked me up with a phone, screen protector, and case for an awesome deal❤plus put them all together and have them to my kids ready to go I really wish I would have gotten all their names to give them all a HUGE shout. But it was Saturday March 20th between 3 and 5. 3 woman and one guy. If you was there then you know? The whole staff was awesome! “I decided after decades with ATT, to try Verizon, to get better coverage at my home. What an arduous journey, spanning over 5 hours and two days! No higher kudos could be awarded to Cole, who worked tirelessly to get my phone activated and rolled to my original cell phone number. He was cool, calm and collected, even when I mentioned grievous bodily harm. It was like being at EPCOT, with numerous non-English speakers trying to help. Cole even stayed after closing on a holiday weekend to make things right. To Cole’s management I say, give the guy a raise! Don’t lose this valued employee……he is truly operating at the highest level of Customer Service.
It turned out Tuesday’s mail delivery cleared up what our problem was. Also, I still have crap coverage, but I guess it’s that I live down in a “holler”. Management, please request a new tower near Red Bank Road.
