“This place has been great for me, very polite staff. Easy access to my unit. Haven't had any signs of pests. All around great customer service in general. My only reason for a 4 star is because they have hours for you to get and out the gate. If you dont have a vehicle u get stuck inside the gate. Id like to be able to come and go to my belongings as I please.”
“Great customer service. Like, exceptional!!
Units and lots are extremely clean, well labeled, and very secure. Also, affordable. We will be customers for a long time!”

“We used Hershey Mini Storage for a little over a year while we transitioned to the area after moving from across the state. The unit was just what we needed. The gated facility kept our belongings safe, the unit was nice, and it was not overpriced. Would recommend using them! Thank you!”
“The entire facility was extremely well maintained the hallways were clean the elevators were clean all the carts were working order with no crazy spinning wheels all the employees that I dealt with were extremely helpful and extremely polite”
“I have been a renter at Annville Storage House for a few years. The owner, Peggy Ehrhart, is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The storage units and the parking areas are always clean and secure. I always felt my items were secure and at a very competitive price point as well. The only reason I moved my belongings was because we had purchased a house and no longer needed a storage unit. I recommend Annville Storage House without hesitation. Thank you again, Peggy!”
