“This company is an amazing company on January 27 2026 they were dipatched to my truck I had a gentelman call me and tell me his tech was getting ready to head my way amazing commutation. Then about 20 minutes later a gentleman by the name of Rich called me and said he was 3 minutes out he showed up with in 10 minutes had me diagnosed and had the issue being resolved . I just want to thank Rich for being a great person and he does represent this company well he offered for me to keep warm in his truck while he fixed my truck never had that offered before . “We want to thank one of your drivers that I did not remember getting his name. He picked up our 2014 jeep Rubicon and towed it to Heritage Dodge Jeep on June 16th 2026. We had a engine shutdown and the driver showed up in a reasonable time and dropped our Jeep off then gave me and my wife a ride to the hotel around the corner. We were traveling through Pennsylvania when we broke down, didn't know who to turn to. He was professional and courteous to our unique situation. It's a salvage yard. And they rebuild damaged trucks.
Thay have been very helpful when I go there for parts. And they load my truck. Because I'm disabled.”
