“came in this morning in a pinch needing a suit jacket and wasn’t really sure what to go for. Luckily, while I was browsing, Larry came over and was SUPER helpful. From helping me pick out the right jacket and shirt size to making sure everything fit properly, he helped out so much!”
“The people at member services and returns are always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are hit or miss, some are efficient and cordial and some seem annoyed to ring you up.
The products are usually a great deal, but lately I’ve run into a few issues where items are missing or are used and sold as new.
The Zevo blue light bug traps were in a multipack of two wall units with traps, plus 4 refills, but someone had stolen the 4 refills when I opened the package at home.
I bought a gourmia air fryer a few months ago as a home warming gift. When they opened it months later, it was streaked and full of crumbs. I’m not sure if a bad actor used it and returned it or if Costco doesn’t inspect returns before pulling items back on the shelves.
On the plus side, they had large house plants a few weeks ago and mine didn’t do well. I was able to return it without hassle.”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“Was dress shopping and had great selection. There was no one at the fitting rooms to assist which would have been helpful while shopping. The area was clean and racks were shoppable.”
“I came in around 7:00 pm and we were looking for some Kendra Scott necklaces and Marianne helped us she even went into the back to look for some more in the boxes of stuff. She came out with some more necklaces. Marianne was so nice and helpful! Would definitely come back, was such a pleasant experience!”

“I just had to post about my last visit.
Nothing bad, a normal visit but we were at the register and my wife asked if chimes were included in the sale since they were with all the outdoor items that were on sale. The guy said it should have a sign posted, it didn't but he went back and checked anyway. He came back with a chime, rang it up and it was on sale. The wife wanted a different chime, so we got out of line and went looking.
We came back and now there was a line, there wasn't before.
Anyway, after a bit the guy up front went to another register and started ringing up people on the other register. I think the customer had a issue with finding a coupon or something ? so he moved over to keep things moving. ??
That was when we both noticed we hadn't seen any other employees while we there.
Once we got to the register, my wife asked if their was anyone else working? He said it was just him and the manager. On a Saturday.
Anyway I just wanted to recognize the young man for his diligence in the situation.
People always want to post negative things. He was very kind and helpful to all the customers. Most situations like that, you will have a cashier not as friendly or as helpful as my guy was, and maybe even with a little attitude.

“Lots of cute Juicy Couture items and many other good finds for cheaper. My only thing was during check out was the cashier kept repeatedly asking us or trying to get us to sign up for the credit card. We kept saying no and it just made the customer service experience a little awkward because if we keep saying no to the credit card, dont keep asking or trying different ways to get us to sign up”

“This is still a nice anchor store for this mall. As convenient as online shopping is, it doesn't allow you to smell a perfume or to feel the quality of a fabric before you purchase. Hopefully online retail doesn't fully kill brick and mortar retail.”

“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”

Mr. Michael Sausman showed me the different options, available fabrics, provided fabric swatches to take home, and, ultimately, completed my order at the best possible price. He went above and beyond to make furniture shopping easy. The chair was delivered a month earlier than expected and the delivery folks were right on time within the delivery window. Friendly, too! It seems well built and there are no scuffs or marks on the velvet from delivery. Thanks!”
