“We hit a dead deer on I-81 S which completely mangled our skid plate and caused it to drag on the ground. With every body shop closed on the weekend Lube City was open to take a look at our car and assess the damage last minute. They were able to remove the skid plate, pull off the busted trim, fix the heat sheild on the exhaust so it wouldn't rattle, and get us on our way. Amazing service! Professional, compationate, and quick. Could not thank them enough!!”
“Great experience through and through. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Prompt returning phone calls and give honest timelines about how long service will take. They worked with me to drop and pick up vehicles after business hours and do not push services that are unnecessary. I would send someone who has no knowledge about vehicles there with confidence they would not be taken advantage of.

“My husband and I purchased a used GMC from this dealership close to three weeks ago. After not even having the truck for two weeks, it broke down and come to find out the motor was recalled and needed to be completed replaced. 10 minutes after breaking down, my husband called the dealership and without hesitation they drove from Greencastle to Hedgesville, West Virginia right away with a tow truck to pick the truck up.
Jimmy from this dealership was excellent to work with. I had initially called him, and then my husband received calls from him every other day on the progress of the truck. It ended up needing an entire new motor and they worked so hard to get this completed quickly! There was not a moment that we did not feel completely taken care of by the dealership during a really crappy situation.
We would definitely purchase from them again!
