“Normally when shopping for auto parts it is a matter of convince for me. I like getting everything I need in one spot. Today, as I have many times before, I visited O'Reilly auto parts in Greensburg, PA. I actually made 2 trips in today. The 1st time I was looking for a lawn and garden battery for my tractor. Michelle was fantastic and really went out of her way to make sure I got the one I needed. The 2nd trip I decided today was the day for new front brakes on my truck. I am confused by the million different brand names and styles of brake pads. I tow an RV with my family. Safety is the only choice. I had picked out what I thought to be a pretty middle of the road set of pads and rotors. On this trip I was helped by Lyle, an Assistant Manager. Lyle represents what good customer service is! He remembered that I have a camper from our previous conversations. He recommended a different set of brakes that would accommodate my driving habits better. He did not have to do that, and I was amazed that he rembered! After I got everything I needed Lyle wished me luck, oh and asked about my grown son that is away in the Army!! Lyle and Michelle are great employees and deserved to be recognized for all they do!!! I will only be shopping O'Reilly now!”
