“Most negative reviews left are about paperwork.let me tell you I had absolutely everything you needed to close out an account a deceased person. But nope there was another L8 form needed bc the account. Holder was from another state, and I live in PA. These people where amazing in having the new form notorized and sent out immediately. No other bank would have done this, so all the negative reviews are wrong, you missed something. There's protocol that need to be followed and these people got everything done, so I have to give them 5 Stars because they did me good, other wells fargo banks in other states have no clue compared to these people.”
