“Lauren was absolutely amazing yesterday! I normally order my frozen hot chocolate on the app before i’m in Halifax, I had no idea they had a sale on gas yesterday or I wouldn’t have ordered. Lauren made time to run it out and still had a smile on her face. They were so busy someone was standing in the middle of the parking lot directing traffic to get it off the road. The 5 stars is for Lauren, not Sheetz!Sheetz, please make your employees aware of these promotions before they happen and set up with your local borough or township for appropriate crossing guards. “Pilot Travel Center - A Unique Pit Stop Experience

I recently visited a Pilot Travel Center and was completely blown away by what it had to offer. It’s like a mini Walmart, selling almost everything you can think of! What really opened my eyes was the amenities for truck drivers—specifically the showers. I thought that was such a cool and thoughtful feature.

The shop itself had a cool, eccentric vibe, and the overall atmosphere was great. It was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Whether you're a traveler or a trucker, this place has everything you could need on the road. I’d definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.”

“Easy-to-use app allows mobile ordering with food quickly available out front, no hassles. Restrooms are larger and clean. Easy access from two directions. Parking lot can become crowded, largely due to gas customers.”

“Rutter's has the best parking and bathrooms out of all trucks stops in the USA. Only Love's comes equal, maybe Sheetz. But their toilet seats are perfect. I don't know anything about their fuel or food because I only fuel at the Pilot and eat in my truck but besides them not having showers Rutter's is probably the finest of all truck stops. I stop at Rutter's every single time I get a chance. If only they had showers :(”

“I love me some hot dogs and 7-11 is known for their dogs. I often go to Sheetz for hot dogs because there is more free stuff to put on it, however 7-11 dogs are waaaaay better quality. I really wish there was some saurkraut, but there is chill & chill so I suppose all is good in this world. The staff was nice folks too.”

“It's a great location for travelers. For me, it's convenient to have in town within walking distance from anywhere you live in Elizabethville. They have a variety of items from drinks, snacks, personal care, lottery, tobacco products, and cherry machines. They also serve soft serve ice cream and Sunday dinners.”

“I recently gave a review a couple weeks ago which wasn't good I stand by my review of it not being good but the new owners have showed so much care for the store they have upgraded everything brand new snacks everywhere chip aisle is filled up completely even some new machines and some new snacks as well drinks as well everything seems to be on the up and up now seems like the owners took it from zero to Hope and I'm proud to say that my review has changed from one star to five stars they have taken it from a shack that once had old snacks and outdated stuff to a place that you can feel comfortable they have the air conditioner fixed they have the lights working it is remarkable the change it is coming just from this one store turning around and becoming Something Beautiful this town seems to be getting a little bit better and it's starting right here thank you guys so much for creating change in the store that definitely needed to be made”

“I think the process they have for the lack of staffing is going well. However, there have been times when they tell you medication isn't available or will be here on the truck tomorrow then a week goes by and you still don't have your blood pressure medicine. So, with that being said better communicate.”

“This place is great. I have never seen such nice workers. They sell great food and snacks. The variety is great. Impeccably clean. This place may just have good management but I love it. I find it great that a small place can be this good. I find myself wanting to go back to the store just to say hi to the people there. I can say that if you have a child, this is great. Kids would love the nice array of sweets and snacks. If you're feeling extra kind then maybe buy your kiddo a bottle of gatorade. I love this place and I will say that this transcends the plane of thought with its output. I have to keep myself in check by setting limits on how much I can go in on any given day. Jesus would be proud of modern society if only he was coming down now.I will be taking a star off due to the fact that the freezer has quite high prices for the size of the bottles. I want to have a quick energy drink for the way home when my brain gets bombarded with the price of a car for an 8 oz bottle.”

“I am actually rating one particular employee who has worked at this Rite Aid for many years. Her name is Shannon. Shannon is absolutely amazing! No matter how bad everything else gets at this location (and believe me, they go through some spells where it's a mess but they also have spells where they are doing better) I know if I ask for Shannon, she is going to either know how to get things done or she will go far above the call of duty to figure out how to do it. I have been battling a vicious autoimmune disease for almost half my life so my local pharmacy is an imperative part of my healthcare. As I'm sure many people know, our health insurance companies are not our friends and they try to get out of paying for as much as they think they can get away with. Shannon has helped me so many times with getting medications approved. She always has a smile for you even when they have a line that goes all the way to the front of the store. I really hope that Rite Aid corporate office sees this review and rewards Shannon for her many years of hard work and dedication to not only rite Aid but to her customers.Note:Many people do not realize that they can appeal a decision to not cover something by their insurance company. Now you do. Never take no for an answer because that is what they are hoping you will do. At least 75% of the time I have been able to get things covered in an appeal. You just have to be willing to jump through their hoops and stay on their case. thank you Shannon for being so amazing. We all have the ability to be amazing but many are not willing to put the effort towards it. Shannon is.”

“Normal CVS. No issues except when dropping off a UPS package they do not print a label for you via QR code or anything. I had to have a label printed from my mobile device on their photo printers and it took 30+ minutes for me to do it as the kiosk's were super slow.”

“I know corporate America, having worked for one for more than 17 years, so I know every retail pharmacy store is very short staffed (2 to 4 employees) while a Sheetz has quadruple the employees and Chik FIL A like 35 employees.My son's prescriptions were called in a week ago so I wasn't pressed to get them asap so my pick up experience was painless. This is first time going to this R Aid and it was a smooth process. No complaints. Tech was polite and professional. The 2 prescriptions were ready and no need for them to see my insurance card. I was in and out fast. Store looks very clean. I like the no carpet look.”
