“Appalachian Hardware Co. is the kind of local business that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to go out of their way to help. Whether you’re looking for something simple or need advice on a more complicated project, they take the time to listen and guide you in the right direction.
What really stands out is their product knowledge and willingness to share it. They don’t just point you to an aisle, they actually make sure you have what you need and understand how to use it. The store is well organized, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping things stocked and easy to find.
It’s refreshing to shop at a place where customer service is a priority, and Appalachian Hardware Co. delivers that every time. Supporting a local business that cares about its customers makes it an easy choice for me, and I’ll definitely continue coming back.”
“Regardless of the size of the job, Duncannon Supply delivers excellent service and value. Best deal in the area for chainsaw chain sharpening; my weed-eater went from coughing and sputtering to purring after a tune-up; and they diagnosed and fixed a major problem with my walk-behind mower.”

“Love this place. It's so nice having a hardware store .2 miles away. Don't mind paying higher prices for supporting locally. Adds to convenience and takes away from the cost of gas to the bigger stores.”
“Staff was very helpful. I told them what I needed and they took me right to the location. And they were the only store in the Harrisburg area that had the items I was looking for.”
