“Unfortunately, after another adult decided to leave me in this stores parking lot at 10pm with no ride home (I live in Syracuse & this is in Pennsylvania) due to him not liking what I had to say about a past event, I got to spend hours here. Very kind employees who assisted me with finding a taxi up to Binghamton. Very difficult to find an Uber willing to drive across state lines at 12am Sunday night! I am still rather amazed that the Male who had a meltdown, actually, left me one state over, with no way home, right off of a busy Interstate highway!!! HELLO....... PERHAPS THIS WAS "STAGING" IN THE HOPES SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENED TO ME!!! The Pump N Pantry Handled the situation in a professional & courteous way! Considering the man accelerated his car & sped up & down the lot to scream profanity at me & rapidly circle me, I would say this business was very kind to allow me to camp out there for a few hours! This is the same man who left me in the same fashion 11 yrs ago when I was 38wks pregnant with his child & had an appointment at a local hospital. Wow!!! Some people just do not every change!”
“Today (7/8/23) I was driving from New Jersey back to our summer home in Wolcott New York I couldn't find my cards and needed gas to get home and the lady working - while I rummaged through my car- paid for my kids and my drink and $20 worth of gas. I will be starring and highlighting and always coming to this gas station”

“Most of the time I get in and out of there with very friendly cashier. But I went there late one night and waited forever at the register for the lady to come back inside from cleaning the windows… took her forever and wasn’t very impressed”
“On long road trips, I primarily stop at travel centers/truck stops for gas, snacks and bathroom breaks. This Flying J location was a good choice. Very large, well lit parking lot extends around the building, which has multiple entrances. I took the opportunity to stretch my legs and go for a walk. Felt very safe. It wasn't too late, maybe 10 pm, but there were few customers so the gas pumps were practically empty. The store is well stocked with a variety of typical food offerings, as well as Pilot coffee, which is very good. The store and bathroom were clean. The one employee I interacted with was friendly.”

“I've been a OTR truck driver for 6 years now and I take a shower every day or the next day! And never been to a Pilot's or Flying J's bathroom so clean before... "Lary" has been doing and amazing job at this Pilot and should be rewarded... I am putting a special icon on this Pilot!!!”

“When I walked in I had a ball, I don't live in New York so it's unusual to see so many bongs sitting out in the open. The guy working at the counter was lovely, and also pretty funny. I usually don't rate places I visit but this I just had to.”
“I almost never go inside here. I just buy gas from outside and they usually have a decent price for the area. The pumps are frequently out of order and if you want a receipt, you're lucky if it prints out.

“Great stop on way to NY state off rt 81. Exit 230. Great friendly staffStore is clean as well as rest rooms. Only thing it needs is fountain soda. Fresh pizza available along with hot dogs and sandwiches.”
