“The folks here and the selection of goods are great. We have a need to purchase some foods for people on restrictive diets and find the best mix of selection and prices at Giant usually. HOWEVER! The new self checkout stations gave me a very bad impression yesterday. They are more finicky and slow than before, and have an overbearing AI camera system which while necessary to prevent theft and misuse flagged me multiple times while I was trying to scan a long item. I'm not a Giant employee, so I resent the need to learn how to deal with the picant whims of yet another AI overlord. You can't drive, talk, watch TV, write an email, or blow your nose without being surveilled these days. Good thing there are usually plenty of humans here to hop on cashier lanes, because I'll be using them exclusively from now on.”

“I come here regularly and it's always a good experience. Items are fresh and easy to locate. I typically utilize self check out but the staff I have interacted with have always been friendly”

“The soft pretzel eating experience engages all the senses, beginning the moment it is spotted: a beautiful, golden-brown loop, glistening with moisture and coarse salt crystals. The sight of the perfect, twisted shape promises comfort and satisfaction. As one gets closer, the intoxicating smell of warm, yeasty, baked dough and rich, melted butter fills the air, a scent so powerful it's used to draw people in from a distance. Holding the pretzel engages the sense of touch: it is warm, soft, and slightly spongy, with a smooth, firm exterior and a delicate coating of salt. Bringing it to the mouth, the first sound is the satisfying, subtle crackle of the salty crust as you take a bite. Finally, the taste confirms everything: a delightful contrast of the crunchy, salty exterior and the soft, chewy interior, a perfect balance of savory flavor that simply melts in the mouth, leaving a warm, comforting feeling that lingers.”

“In the area visiting relatives. Needed emergency refill of insulin because I dropped the only vial I had on the hotel bath floor and it broke. Called a couple pharmacies before Sam's with no success. The assistant at Sam's was very patient and helpful. Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated.”

“Just wanted to give an employee some recognition. I had a few issues that I needed to call in to Giant Direct about and AMY THE MANAGER was beyond amazing! She always goes above and beyond and her customer service is impeccable. It’s little things like that, that can make someone’s whole day. So THANK YOU AMY for being so kind and helpful. It doesn’t go unnoticed !!!! I refuse to shop anywhere else. Keep being you Amy! Sincerely. Amber I !”

“Great service. Very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to get some type of automated system to shoot me a text when scripts are ready. Other than that fantastic!”

“I want to give a personal shout out to Chris and Jill! Those ladies really know their job :) Both are very pleasant, caring and have great personalities for customer service! I have upgraded to a plus membership, visit the club more than 4 times a month and also have a Sams credit card. Each time I am there I enjoy seeing these ladies. Only downside to visiting these clubs is the solicitors trying to sell you something while you walk throughout the store. I don't want to be approached or bothered while I am shopping. There are parts of the club I will specifically avoid just so I do not have to get held up by them. Would be 5 stars if not for the hecklers.. sorry.”

“This is a typical Weis supermarket, and there really isn't anything particularly special about this store. I did buy some fried chicken a few days ago and I have to say it was the greasiest fried chicken I've ever had. In the bag, There was probably 3 to 4 tbsp of oil that you could pour out. I peeled all the chicken. I didn't eat any of the skin because it was just soaked in grease. I think they have a problem with their fryer temperature or maybe they're using already prepared frozen fried chicken pieces that they just take out of the freezer and pop into the fryer. I'll think twice about getting those again for sure.”

“This rite aid has THE MOST personality in terms of it's employees and I love it! I'm always greeted with smiles at the door, and although the pharmacist Robert can be a tad snippy at times- he works harder than anybody I know and does a great job at the same time. The place can be a madhouse and he handles it with ease- Thank YoU!!”

“The pharmacist are very helpful and friendly. As for the individuals who get ur prescription to check u out are rude and do not acknowledge you as you wait to be waited on. Did not wait on me until the pharmacist said we will be right with you after waiting 10 minutes for the helper came over to get my meds and check me out. Was frustrated because she looked at me a number of times before she helped me. Update: checkout person has been doing a lot better and is friendlier. .”

“Nice presentation, excellent selection, large produce section. They have several food bars, an olive section, wide selection in the Deli, prepared food and meals. I find the bulk bacon is as close to homemade as I have found and has a good price on it. Good Bakery. Get a Club Card for additional savings and BOGO deals. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?”

“I've used CVS Pharmacy for years and upon moving to Pennsylvania, I automatically gravitated to the Carlisle store closest to my home. The pharmacial drugs I need are dispensed properly and I'm sent text messages when they are ready. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They answer my queries and provide me assistance when I need it.”
