“If you are anywhere near Littlestown, PA, do yourself a favor and shop at Kenny’s. This is the kind of grocery store people wish still existed everywhere.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, bright, organized, and genuinely caring. Every aisle is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. One thing I especially appreciated was the overhead store directories posted throughout the store. Instead of wandering aisle after aisle trying to find something, you can quickly look up exactly where items are located. It’s such a thoughtful touch.
The customer service here is exceptional. I was helped by Nathan, who took the time to explain all the services and offerings available, and he was incredibly kind and accommodating. What really stood out to me was that employees don’t just point vaguely toward an aisle when you ask for help. They actually walk you to what you need. That level of service is rare these days, and it made a huge impression on me.
Kenny’s has an amazing variety of products and services too. Fresh fruits and vegetables, a beautiful bakery section, decorated cakes, balloons and party supplies, groceries, beverages, wine, animal products, and even coffee while you shop. I picked up a fresh cake, produce, and birthday items, and everything was excellent quality.
What I love most is that Kenny’s feels heart-filled. It doesn’t feel like a giant impersonal corporate chain. It feels like a place run by people who genuinely care about their customers and community. You can feel the difference.
I would absolutely choose Kenny’s over a larger chain store any day. The quality, the environment, and especially the staff make this place phenomenal. Highly, highly recommended.”

My only criticism is how your store is collecting plastic bags to recycle.
It's disorganized.
You got people throwing trash, ?️ etc.
In with the plastic bags.
You can't mix the recycling.
Plastic bags should go into one or two marked containers.
Trash, garbage should be put into a trash can.
Aluminum cans, or plastic bottles can be recycled into their own containers.
Your Giant store in Dillsburg does it right.
Wegmans and Weis does it correctly.
Your customers do notice.
Many people take recycling seriously.

They were out of the ones with whipped icing, but the young lady working offered to make some fresh for me even though she was clearly finishing up for the night. “I want to give a personal shout out to Chris and Jill! Those ladies really know their job :) Both are very pleasant, caring and have great personalities for customer service! I have upgraded to a plus membership, visit the club more than 4 times a month and also have a Sams credit card. Each time I am there I enjoy seeing these ladies. Only downside to visiting these clubs is the solicitors trying to sell you something while you walk throughout the store. I don't want to be approached or bothered while I am shopping. There are parts of the club I will specifically avoid just so I do not have to get held up by them. Would be 5 stars if not for the hecklers.. sorry.”

“After waiting in line at the local post office for close to one hour to get a money order and have the clerk tell me I can't help you (she could and she did when manager intervened) I knew there had to be a better way.
Stopped in at this Walmart and spoke with Cody at the customer service desk. He made the transaction quick, funny and efficient. Walmart please rethink your policy of not letting your staff accept tips, a few extra dollars means appreciation.

“This rite aid has THE MOST personality in terms of it's employees and I love it! I'm always greeted with smiles at the door, and although the pharmacist Robert can be a tad snippy at times- he works harder than anybody I know and does a great job at the same time. The place can be a madhouse and he handles it with ease- Thank YoU!!”

“The pharmacist are very helpful and friendly. As for the individuals who get ur prescription to check u out are rude and do not acknowledge you as you wait to be waited on. Did not wait on me until the pharmacist said we will be right with you after waiting 10 minutes for the helper came over to get my meds and check me out. Was frustrated because she looked at me a number of times before she helped me. Update: checkout person has been doing a lot better and is friendlier. .”

Contacted my pharmacy in Florida and was able to supply me with enough to get me through my visit and the pharmacist filled script with a generic that was $100 less than the doctor prescribed Novolog. Had to pay cash since insurance would not cover the refill so it was much appreciated.”

“Gettysburg, PA’s Walmart is the BEST Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are always fast, friendly and extremely helpful. Waiting in line has always been short. They even offered without me asking, to call another pharmacy for a prescription that was sent from a doctor to the wrong pharmacy. Have used Walmart for over 25 years living in other states. Excellent group of employees!”

The pharmacial drugs I need are dispensed properly and I'm sent text messages when they are ready. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. “Not sure about all the negative reviews. I've never once had an issue with getting my medications here. I did switch to CVS from Rite Aid after they told me my medication was no longer manufactured (which was an outright lie)
I've been using CVS for years now for my medications. Sometimes it might be on back-order for a day and it's really no problem at all. Sometimes, not every employee has an answer to every single question.
This store is extremely busy at the pharmacy, so I can understand why phone calls aren't answered in a timely manner. There's one time I remember I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes. Guess what? The world didn't end, and life went on. Geez.”

“I started using Kennies a few years ago(used to use CVS) and i haven't regretted the change one bit! The staff is friendly(especially Miss Deb who works the drive through), helpful, and NEVER shows annoyance even when i am on my 10th visit or phone call in a month. The pharmacists will take time to answer your questions and give useful information about dealing with insurance info. I highly recommend these guys!”
