“Clean, friendly and has a great clearance section in the back. Restrooms located in the back. Last time it was out of order, but really not a big deal! I'm there to shop, not use the bathroom. It's a convenience to have, but I'm not going to give a nasty review based on bathroom their performance. That is just ludicrous!They can be on the pricey side, but it just depends on what you are burying. Do your research, compare prices, products, etc. If clearance, then buy online if you need it that day and pick up in store to ensure the product will be in stock.Don't run the risk of it being bought out because it's popular and on clearance. They can hold it, but for a limited amount of time and depending on the store manager"s willingness to hold it and amount they have in stock. Don't blame them though. They want it to sell, not wait for you behind the counter and then change your mind. I used to get frustrated about no hold policies, but not anymore. It's a sound business decision. You need it, buy it.They are always helpful and steer you in the right direction. Check prices online as the most amazing thing about Staples, THEY DO PRICE MATCH! What a great concept. They would rather you buy from them than another place even if they take a cut. Still smart! They make more money as well by price matching and retraining loyal customers. Win win!For all of the above, definitely FIVE STARS.”

“I'm new to the area and getting settled. I've had three interactions with the post office, each time with a different employee and they've been incredibly kind and helpful. I went to the office to request a new mailbox key for my building and the lady working was nothing but kind and helpful. The gentleman that installed the key was the same, he even help sort out the mail from the old tenant. And today, I called to get information about a P.O. box since I've had boxes stolen at my building. The gentleman answering my questions was patient and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process. Really happy with the experiences I've had with them thus far.”
