“My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.”

“The staff here don't do the intrusive receipt checks. And they are welcoming. It's a bit smaller than a super center, but if a super center doesn't have it, then this place will because it's shelves are always stocked.”

Tried scanning every barcode, manually entering them, even tried looking up by my email. She went above and beyond. Just felt she should be recognized for her great " customer service". Thanks”
