“Hands down, this Verizon store has the most capable and get-it-done guru’s I’ve seen. Technician Eddie in particular solved all problems and got me onto a better plan. I had a legacy Verizon plan that had a meltdown leaving my phone in SOS mode and my other devices on a trickle feed of data. Online tech support and other Verizon stores couldn’t help me. Eddie got the Verizon back office on the horn and fixed problems no-one else could solve. Thx.”

Knowledgeable account managers that respond personally to any request, no matter how small it is. On those rare occasions when we did have problems and called for support +90% of the time the person who answers the phone (and they always seems to answer) ends up resolving the issue. I don't think we've ever had a problem that lasted more than 24 hours.Highly recommend NetCarrier!”

“Representative was helpful but was unable to fix my issue. I tried using the phone a couple more days and switched it over to a different phone. The issue was I went from a S9 to a Motorola. I could send text messages but wouldn't receive along with wifi issues that wouldn't switch while driving, leaving me not knowing where to go. I switched back to a s25 fe and haven't had a problem since. So not a Representative issue but a phone system issue.”
