He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

We did go to moove in storage previously who said they were open between eight and 12 we showed up at 11 and there was no one there when we called their self service, they were not able to reach the property manager, waste of my time and gas”
“I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. Backstory- I was so happy when I found this storage for reasonable price. Terry was great. I asked several questions including ***was my rate guaranteed***
I was told of course… then about 6 months in, the rates increased. I called -confused and upset- & at that moment, I’m told to read the fine print, & the rates go up about every 5-6 months, AND Corporate raises the rates according to whatever they want or “market conditions “.
The main Customer service office has indicated that during these inevitable increases, clients can call in, and find the district manager, wait for a call back, and ask for help to continue the current rate (the one that they just raised from last time- ), and maybe they can get approved to keep the rate the same for a few months-maybe not.
Other options are to move all your items in your unit to a different unit, with each rate hike, signing up for the bait and switch introductory rate on a new unit -& to move with every move with every rate increase, to stay ahead of their game.
Well, I’m out of the country and on a very fixed income, so moving my large household items is not an option. Please- BEWARE OF DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.
Otherwise- The facility is actually very nice, super location, right by the train- the building has great bathrooms, it’s very quiet and clean- and the staff is nice, but I have not seen regular staff, regularly. Or at least in the office in the mornings. With the exception of the regular increases this is a very nice storage facility”
“Hope was the staff in the office that assisted in a major issue I encountered. Some belongings were ruined from the previous owners. Hope was the absolute best resource to resolve this dilemma quickly and way better than I ever could ask for. Looking back at today’s experience I wish there were more employees at companies that had this type of mindset to resolve customer issues so well.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Countrywide Moving and Storage. From the moment I booked, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and handled everything with care. They packed and loaded my belongings quickly, but nothing felt rushed or overlooked.
The movers were friendly, polite, and clearly experienced. They navigated some tricky staircases and large furniture with ease. Upon arrival at my new place, they carefully unloaded and placed everything exactly where I wanted it.
