Customer service was great but, the interior of the waiting area is very outdated with only two chairs to sit. This location does get busy and it needs a larger waiting area or just a new location in general.

To be completely honest , this rental experience has been the most simple and pleasant interaction I have ever had. Completely friendly and professional. I would recommend this company and specific location to anyone. From now on I will use this location and Avis for all my vehicular rental needs. Thanks again !! 🙏😁👍🫶
