Budget Car Rental

Car Wash, Car Rental
Hours: Budget Car Rental provides a mixed experience for its customers. While some customers praise the company's excellent customer service, communication, and affordable prices, others note issues with the organization and motivation of the staff washing the cars. The vehicle quality is generally good, but some customers complain about the strong "new car smell" that can be unpleasant. Overall, most customers are satisfied with their rental experience and recommend Budget Car Rental, especially the location on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, PA. However, the company may need to address the occasional rude behavior of its staff to maintain a consistently positive reputation.
