“There seems to be no upkeep on uhaul trucks. Mine was dirty and beat up, needed mechanical fixes. They get you with the quarter tank of gas upon returning it though. High as gas prices are! I would use them again but not for uhaulUpdate: they tried to charge me $3400 but my bank put a stop on it. Once a company can't fraud you for large amounts, they try smaller amounts. But my bank has put stop in any further attempts. I don't even know what this is for.”

“Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service.February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc.Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. “After a nightmare trying to port my T-Mobile lines to Total by Verizon I called these guys up for customer service question about activation a esim I bought on cricket.com. They said they were will willing to help so I went to the store got a regular sim and added a line for my wife in under 10 minutes. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I lost my lines because Total would not give me porting pins to port them back, but Cricket at Allentown Blv in Harrisburg helped me get new lines. Next time I'll go straight to them! Great Job!”

“Customer service is top notch. The customer service reps, fulfillment and the drive up workers deserve a raise.
The pressure placed on these employees is unbelievable- just to stay number one in the district? When my daughter worked here (also her friend) they were both reprimanded for calling off due to a store wide stomach virus.
They were told “Everyone else came to work, why couldn’t you?” Mind you, I’m a parent and a customer who also got sick because of this.
**However the 4 stars are because the employees of this store do a great job!***
The management here is just hostile and goal oriented- not people. Which isn’t the way to show appreciation to them for doing such a good job. It’s a shame that I can’t give them 5 stars due to the toxic workplace issues which as a loyal customer means just as much as getting my products within 2 hours.”

“I went in here to buy my kids phones, something inexpensive because I mean...their kids??♀️ after I had went to boost and they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for just the phones themselves. I walked in and all it took was telling the guy I needed 2 phones for 2 children and he immediately hooked me up with a phone, screen protector, and case for an awesome deal❤plus put them all together and have them to my kids ready to go I really wish I would have gotten all their names to give them all a HUGE shout. But it was Saturday March 20th between 3 and 5. 3 woman and one guy. If you was there then you know? The whole staff was awesome! Got me in and out in a short period of time and it was awesome talking with all of you while we waited. me and my kids thank you a ton!!!?awesome customer service.?????❤”

“I never do google reviews, but today was a crazy experience! I was shopping at my local 711 when a customer who was using the tire air pump outside came in causing a very big scene and demanded the employee give him his $2. A female employee (who I later found out was the owners daughter) stepped up and kindly explained to the angry customer that 711 did not own the air pump and that there was a number on the machine that he could use to get back his money. The customer was not happy with that and started spewing nonsense and inappropriate language to which the female employee did not let slide and called the police. Although the situation got out of hand the employee stood her ground and did not let this grown man bully her!!”
