“I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. “Joe saved me $180 that another store would have charged me just to open our computer for a diagnostic check. It had failed to start after a power outage). He tested the power supply, checked the motherboard and reset the system - and it booted up normally. He also gave me detailed advice about how to fix/maintain our noisy laptop fan. I asked how much I owe for his help and advice - and he said “just have a nice day!” He was friendly and professional; and clearly knows his way around malfunctioning computers. I’ll be going back to him for future computer problems.”

No one acknowledged me or my need for assistance. I noticed the gaming area had a very enthusiastic clerk who was educating a customer on available products. “I came on Dec 24th and thankfully they were open. I accidentally got some paint in the USB C charge port. They cleaned it out thoroughly (including other gunk that was in there), got my phone charging again, completed everything in about 20 minutes, and charged me $10. What more can I ask for? Great service, great price, won't hesitate to use them again!”
