“A very nice man waited on me the other night.. however there may be an issue with their scratch off tickets not being activated. And they refused to check and see if it's activated. My lottery rep is coming tomorrow and I will bring this to her attention because red hot 5S 1683 batch is very active on lottery's website and I know it was not activated when they put it in their machine. I will check the scratch off before my representative gets here tomorrow if not I'm turning this in because it seems like a scam. They offer the customer the cost of the ticket back. That seems fishy..”

“After getting my son's passport photo done at CVS (Almshouse/York) in June, I received a letter from the US Department of State saying that the photo wasn't good enough. Went back today and was told that their printer was out of ink and they couldn't redo it for me. Went to another CVS (Street/Mearns) and they told me that their camera was broken and they couldn't do it. So.... try #4 and spoke to a guy who said he was the manager, I think he said his name was Calvin. After some convincing that I shouldn't pay for CVS's mistake he did the photo for me, it wasn't any good because my son's hair was in his eyes, so he did it again. That one wasn't good because the printer had messed up the photo with weird brown blotches, he printed them again and this one was... FINALLY! good. He even used my phone to take the picture which means the previous CVS I went to was full of it when they told me their camera was broken. All in all, after many trips, it got done. Thanks to Calvin, give this dude a raise. Don't go to CVS to do your passport photos - 1 star. Calvin - 5 stars.”
