“When I arrived at CubeSmart, I was having a real bad day. Then I met Eunique. I think I was a bit rude, but she was able to stay calm and make me feel a little better with her smile. I was in a big hurry and she was able to take care of my rental quickly. She explained all my entrances and exits and where to park and how to navigate the place. I have been a sales manager for 25 years and I wish that my people were able to make people feel good like she does. I’ve rented quite a few places in my time and this was a great experience.”

“I recently used New Horizon for my move, and I can honestly say it was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—clear communication, quick responses, and a very straightforward booking process. They explained everything upfront, including pricing and what to expect on moving day, so there were no surprises.
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get started. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected my furniture, making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. Even with heavier items like [couch/bed/dresser], they handled everything with ease and a lot of care. What stood out the most was their efficiency. “Hope was the staff in the office that assisted in a major issue I encountered. Some belongings were ruined from the previous owners. Hope was the absolute best resource to resolve this dilemma quickly and way better than I ever could ask for. “The crew from Jensen packed and moved us on two EXTREMELY hot and humid days. Our upstairs had no air conditioning! Jay, James, Colin and Lee worked efficiently and cheerfully under these challenging conditions. All our possessions arrived intact and undamaged. All boxes were labeled and placed in the appropriate area and furniture was maneuvered to my liking before they left. They also came in under the estimated number of boxes and hours, saving us money. “I have had a really smooth transition with this place.
I have had some problems with hackers on my debit card and forgotten to call them, they've contacted me and not charged me extra when my card didn't go through.
My only gripe would be that they don't have a dolly cart for you to use (at any time) like many storage places I've used before. It makes it REALLY hard on my back as someone with back issues.
Also I pay extra for air conditioned storage and I found mold on some of my things this summer. There's no reason that should be.
These are the only reason I'm docking one star.
The place is clean. They have someone you can contact at any time as well.”

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Countrywide Moving and Storage. From the moment I booked, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and handled everything with care. They packed and loaded my belongings quickly, but nothing felt rushed or overlooked.
The movers were friendly, polite, and clearly experienced. They navigated some tricky staircases and large furniture with ease. Upon arrival at my new place, they carefully unloaded and placed everything exactly where I wanted it.
