Over the phone, he was personable and enthusiastic to help. I brought the car over same day and, since it wasn't a huge job, he prioritized me immediately. The place is a no frills, small business owner body shop with real people, not a corporation. He quickly switched out the door and all the inner parts to match, and even waxed and buffed the replacement door, making it look like nothing ever happened. He was honest and informative.
