“Exceptional Service from Darnell at Xfinity Comcast, Havertown
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Darnell at the Xfinity Comcast store in Havertown. He truly saved the day!
Darnell possesses excellent customer service skills and is an attentive listener. Three weeks ago, I purchased a new TV and struggled to connect it to cable. My experience with customer service over the phone was challenging, so I decided to visit the store. Upon my arrival, Darnell greeted me with a warm smile and noticed that I was a bit upset. He calmly reassured me and took the time to explain and demonstrate exactly what I needed to do to pair my TV with the cable service.
Thanks to his guidance, my husband and I were able to successfully make the connection, and we were thrilled when it finally worked! I truly appreciate Darnell’s hard work and dedication to helping customers. His efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated!

Yesterday, the staff every last one of them were thorough and helpful. I truly appreciate the fact that the staff went above and beyond so well and with such a positive demeanor. They were fast, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. Al made sure everything was handled smoothly, and his leadership was evident in how well the team worked together. Richard was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step to us. “So much to share about thee most pleasant experience at T-Mobile….First, I got there 10 minutes before they opened to ensure that I’d be one of the first customers. That said, Lindsi was my point of contact and she was SUPER amazing! She was PLEASANT, said good morning, greeted me with a smile and the experience was amazing! I’m not tech savvy by any means long shot! She was patient and guided me through the process of getting things done! In addition, she engaged me with interesting conversation while we waiting for my phone to back up/transfer phone, etc! This young lady is very personable and intelligent! Keep her around! The best 2 hours ever spent somewhere that I dreaded initially (time wise) IT was well worth every minute! Also, shot out to the other workers as well! They were polite and pleasant!”

“First, I'm not a fan of Xfinity services and wish I had more of a choice in Internet providers and I've been having extreme problems in the last month. I went in to return a phone after cancelling my mobile account 12 hours after I signed up. I don't have a printer etc and told a supervisor that I would return the cellphone at a store. This Comcast store was clean, well lit, was told immediately that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Jamirah told me to go back and she would help me. She went above and beyond! After telling me that they didn't accept returns from purchases online and after going through my last few weeks, she helped me with printing the return label, putting everything back together and letting me know that I could drop it off across the street at a UPS. She was very friendly and helpful and it's seriously been a highlight to a rather dissatisfying experience with Comcast/Xfinity. Thank you Jamirah for making the return possible and painless. I truly appreciate the help you understanding you afforded me”

“We have been ATT customers with Firstnet for a couple years. Our bill for October came and for TWO PHONES was $800?! Absurd! We wanted to switch phone providers and went to Verizon. Our customer service rep who helped us (We went roughly 6-6:30p yesterday 10/18) was phenomenal. She helped us customize our plan and with the first responder discount. We were there for roughly 1-2 hours. But that’s because we made the switch and transferred everything! She was so polite and got us set up with the 16 plus and 16 pro! Our bill is less than 3/4 from what we were paying with ATT. She went over our bill in detail! (Which most NEVER DO) and was so patient with us! I cannot express the great atmosphere she brought and her friendly demeanor! We’re glad we made the Verizon switch and honestly love our phones! Never going to any phone provider! This store is VERY well kept and clean and we had a 9m old baby which all the staff loved! We felt so welcomed especially with a baby who is very vocal. We weren’t pushed away, not attended to. Nothing! She kept checking in on us when our data was transferring to make sure we were ok! I absolutely cannot express how our service was. 5 stars is not enough!!”
