“Incredible experience!! Can’t recommend enough. I’m not a runner, had no idea what I was looking for and knew nothing about sneakers but needed supportive shoes for nursing school. You would never find expertise the way you do here at a large chain store!! The woman who helped us literally knew everything and it was such an easy process. I also happened to walk in during a midday rush and she was able to manage 3-4 people all at once without skipping a beat which I know must have been a challenge! Shop local it’s worth it!”

I brought a pair of shoes here and after I got home, I had doubts about the fit.I decided to go back to the store to see if I could find something that suited me better. “Dealt with both Nick and Jason on two separate visits. Both are knowledgeable and very helpful! Very pleasant experience! A lot of people think of going to the big box stores for sneakers, at The Running Place you get much better service and the sneakers are the same price! They have a nice selection of sneakers and they can also order sneakers they may not have in store! Return policy is exceptional!!! Highly recommend!!!”

Bought it in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Park in the lot around the corner and behind the store. Parking in front gets congested.”

“It’s Always a VIBE when we’re at V & S Lanes. They staff are amazing. $2Tuesday Is a Blessing as it allows an affordable outting for the Family to get together and hang and create memories.(It would be nice if the kitcen was up and running). They also have the Pro Shop on premises so you can purchase equipment as well as getting your ball sized after purchasing. They also have a video game area with air hockey table and etc.”
“Out There has a great selection of outdoor apparel and accessories, many of which are hard to find elsewhere in the greater Philadelphia area. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and there’s a dog. Can’t ask for much more. Prices are competitive and there are several annual sales. One of my favorite stores in the region.”
“I spent nearly a month trying to track down a replacement battery for my REI Co-op Generation e1.1, they’re discontinued and nearly impossible to find. Curtis in the bike shop went completely above and beyond. He took the time to explain exactly how my battery works, why there’s a supply issue, and then actually located a used one for me. He was patient, knowledgeable, never rushed, and made sure I understood everything. This is the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. Thank you Curtis!”
“Great rink. I learned to skate here. Not via their classes, but the public skates, which was hard. But I am getting better. The staff is friendly, and they have a decent schedule with ice shaving during public skates. The parking kinda stinks though, and the bathrooms are really small. I also don't like most of the music played (but that's just me. I don't like pop)”

“OMG! This store is the BEST! KEITH is the Best! Today my daughter had a lacrosse clinic (she's 10) & we couldn't find her face guard, mouth guard & her cleats didn't fit! The clinic started at 9:30 in Springfield. We were at the store at 9:30 & it didnt open til 10....BUT Keith let us in & in record time fitted my daughter with everything & she was on the field by 10 (& not missing a lot). THANK YOU KEITH!”
“Excellent!! The sale person went above and beyond to get my teen fit in the right trainer for his flat, wide, big feet and the shoe just happened to be on sale! We had ordered a back up pair before we went in from the big "A" but returned it & will be returning to Bryn Mawr for cleats and 2nd pair of trainers. If you need help with fit and figuring out which type running shoe you need come here. Also it was highly recommended by son's HS track coaches.”

“Going, Going, Gone in King of Prussia is definitely worth a stop if you’re hunting for deals on name-brand sports and casual gear. It’s one of those outlet-style stores where the stock changes all the time, so it’s kind of like a treasure hunt each visit. You’ll find everything from sneakers and golf apparel to workout clothes, team hats, and random sports accessories. Prices are usually marked down pretty heavily, and if you catch the right timing, you can score some big-name items at a fraction of the original cost. The layout is straightforward, and it’s easy to browse without feeling overcrowded. Staff is friendly but mostly keep out of your way, which I actually like when bargain shopping. It’s located near plenty of restaurants and shopping in the King of Prussia area, so it’s convenient to make it part of a day out. Great spot if you love hunting for solid deals!”

“I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”
