Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and approachable. The store itself is small so if it’s busy you may have to wait until someone can help you, but it will be worth it to have a tailored experience. “Took my son (who is newer to golf) for a fitting. To be honest I was also curious about the PXG brand and mystique. Our fitters, Drew and Rich were both very patient and excellent fitting my son. In addition to the fitting they walked us through the clubs and key differentials with the brand. Amazing experience and looking forward to a return visit.”

“Best tennis shop near the Philly area. All the staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The demo program is by far the best for their selection and value, the demo cost even goes towards the purchase of a new racquet. They really helped guide me through the demo process to help me pick the perfect racquet for me. There's also a large selection of racquets, shoes, and other equipment for tennis and pickleball. Even though I didn't get my racquet strung there, they have top of the line equipment for stringing and customizing racquets. You really can't go wrong coming here for your racquet sport needs!”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“What a pleasant experience!I was in Chestnut Hill for a lunch meeting and decided to do some shopping especially since it was a cold day and I left home without a hat.Chestnut Hill Sports "filled the bill" since I wanted a hat for one of the local sports teams. The store is well stocked and the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable and appreciated my business. Instead of just a hat, I was able to take advantage of a sale and purchased a new pair of athletic shoes!!!!But, my bottom line is how the store felt. It was an "old time", neighborhood store. I observed other customers who were talking w/the staff about their families, school, teams and everyday Life items. What a cool "throw back" to the way things used to be. With all the "over the top" negativity we are bombarded with everyday, it was HUGELY refreshing to experience being in a business establishment that took time to recognize its customers and treat each of us with RESPECT! “Excellent pro shop! I got refitted for a new ball after a LONG break from bowling and also had an old ball plugged/redrilled with the new specs. Steve is super nice, eager to nerd out on bowling and an extremely knowledgable PSO which is exactly what we need to keep this sport going. We figured out what I needed out of a ball, he gave me several options and price points that were all very reasonable. He's also been super helpful after the sale with some minor adjustments right then and there after I rolled a few with my new gear. My fit has been great so far and my game has improved almost instantly, it's amazing how much better bowling is with the right fit and the right ball. Green's is definitely on my list as a go-to, don't hesitate to check him out!”

We were able to look around the small shop easily and found ballet slippers and a leotard that fit without any difficulty. My daughter was able to try on the items before purchasing, as well. There’s a dressing room for trying on the leotard. On our first visit she was helped with trying on ballet slippers. Will return if we need more supplies!”

“What an unbelievably awesome company this is that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. I ordered one of these bats for my son from a retailer and although the bat was great, it ended up feeling too light for him after he got to use it in cages. I contacted Victus and they said bring it into our showroom (since we are close) and he can feel the other bats and exchange it for him. That is unbelievable customer service and really caring about us which is amazing. My son just used the new bat he reveived in exchange in the cages and was so stoked at how it felt and how great it was to swing and, even more than normal, he can't wait for the season to start.
