“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! “Purchased a Cal Spa hot tub from Pelican, and love it. Price was right and they delivered earlier than originally quoted. No waiting like the other local places. We did have an issue with the blower 2 times, and both times they’re sent their tech out to research and repair the tub at no cost to us. One the second trip, he made an alteration to the system, and we haven’t had a problem since.”
