“Everyone I dealt with was very polite. However, I was told my car would be a same day repair and that is the only reason I said I didn’t need a rental. When I called them at 3:05 to see if I could come get it, it wasn’t even started yet and was told it wouldn’t be until the next day and would be ready after 4. I also didn’t get updates unless I myself called. I’m a single mom, so it was a little hard to get around without my car for 2 days. When my car was ready, it wasn’t even done right. They still left scratches and scuffs in the two major places that I was there to fix. But they were very prompt in touching it up when I pointed it. Overall I am satisfied. But communication could be better.”

“The staff here is great and professional They did an amazing job on repairing my vehicle I got updates via text every Monday Wednesday and Friday I’m unfamiliar with body shops here in PA so Geico recommended this place so I went with it I have a lifetime guarantee on the repairs as long as I own the vehicle my car has an aftermarket facelift front bumper with custom headlights I requested that my vehicle get repaired with the same aftermarket parts and they honored my request I really wish they would’ve painted my hood because of all the rock chips but it wasn’t part of the accident so it understandable but my car came out looking amazing better than it did before the accident. My vehicle was parked when it was hit and they exceeded my expectations I do have a lot of aftermarket wiring I was afraid would get in the way but they were able to get it done and not ruin anything if I ever need body work again it’s going to these guys at crash champions”

For everyone at Kelly: More 'SENSE OF URGENCY.' I should not have to spend 9+ hours to work through a deal and drive away in my new car. That is not acceptable. Treat me like I'm a priority, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Also, if you tell me the car 'will be ready and detailed' in the morning by 10 am, please keep that promise. Again, I had to take time off of work and be involved to ensure my daughter got through this process ok. When I arrived at 10 am and the car hadn't moved since the night before - I was EXTREMELY angered. You said, "It will take 10 minutes to wrap things up tomorrow," - and it took 3+ hours. I shouldn't have to check the site one more time to see that the price has been reduced by several hundred dollars. Please, just honor that price and give it to me without asking. It's not worth it - just add a step to your process to confirm the price. For salesperson: Being nice and friendly is GREAT! Being overly buddy-buddy is ok, but only if you can talk AND continue to get answers, negotiate, pay attention to my concerns, and ultimately finalize the deal. Basically, I want to finish this deal so I can return to my life. I spent 7 hours on Tuesday night and 3+ hours on Wednesday morning before driving away with the new (used) car. Not ok. There were times that I wondered what was happening - as I stood around, unsure how much longer it would take. Am I still the priority? Did something come up? Am I going to get to return to work soon? Or have lunch? My suggestions are more pointed communication and status updates, which will go a long way. At the end of the day, my daughter has a safe car, the deal felt good (at the end), and I'm glad to be done with it all for now. For my next car purchase, I will definitely keep Kelly Automotive on my list of dealerships to consider.”
