Thank you! 1st let me start of by saying if I could give Scott Cadillac I would, so being very generous with a 1 star. On Friday March 20, 2025, I noticed that the right lower side of the back bumper had bubbling and tiger striping, made an appointment with Scott Collison Center. I arrived at 11:50am and Jess Smith was my estimator after looking at the bubbling she said this was definitely from high heat damage and asked if a heat gun had been taken to the bumper, I replied to no. I took it to two independent auto body collision centers and was told definitely high heat and probable cause was due the right rear tailpipe. I called Scott service and Casey took my phone call and was rude and I made my appointment I also called Cadillac corporate to start a case. Brought XT6 Friday April 3, 2026, and service advisor Michael Chidiac said service director Eric Feinour would be looking at my vehicle. I was introduced to Eric, and he says show me the issue. I showed the bubbling and tiger striping, and I said I suspect this is from the right back tailpipe, he immediately says no its not this car was hit. I said that's not what Jess Smith in Cadillac said and you guys should get on the same page, he says she does not work for Cadillac, I said but she does work for Scott Collision correct. I said we should have her come out here, so he and I go to collision department, and he says what makes you think this XT6 has high heat damage, so she came out with us and said in her past experience this looked like high heat damage and Eric says no its not this vehicle was hit and he was very rude to her. I told him this vehicle had been to two independent auto body shops, and they also said high heat damage. I said I suspect it's the right rear side passenger exhaust hanger and heat shield he says no way and literally walks away from me, while he is walking away I say you not even going to put this vehicle on a lift to look, he said no I am not and you can always bring it to another Cadillac dealership. I also called Cadillac Corp and have a case, and I will be requesting for a Cadillac service tech/advisor look at this vehicle. Eric has no business dealing with the public. He was so arrogant, dismissive and plain rude. I will never do business with this dealership, but when Cadillac Corp informs that they have an independent Cadillac service advisor that will look at my XT6 then I will bring it back to Scott. Worse service department ever.”

“We bought a LOT of cars from Kelly Automotive (Used Cars) over the years. Easily 6 cars. Averaging all those experiences, I'm giving them a 4-star rating. I was a little frustrated with a few things that took place during our last purchase (days ago), but in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't horrible. My advice... For everyone at Kelly: More 'SENSE OF URGENCY.' I should not have to spend 9+ hours to work through a deal and drive away in my new car. That is not acceptable. Treat me like I'm a priority, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Also, if you tell me the car 'will be ready and detailed' in the morning by 10 am, please keep that promise. Again, I had to take time off of work and be involved to ensure my daughter got through this process ok. When I arrived at 10 am and the car hadn't moved since the night before - I was EXTREMELY angered. You said, "It will take 10 minutes to wrap things up tomorrow," - and it took 3+ hours. And we STILL need to bring the car back to get fully detailed at a later date. More time I have to take to have this transaction completed. And my last bit of feedback... Whatever your current online price is for the vehicle - at the very least - match that. I shouldn't have to check the site one more time to see that the price has been reduced by several hundred dollars. Please, just honor that price and give it to me without asking. Otherwise, I feel like you don't care, and it will make me consider another dealership in the future. Over a few hundred bucks? It's not worth it - just add a step to your process to confirm the price. For salesperson: Being nice and friendly is GREAT! Being overly buddy-buddy is ok, but only if you can talk AND continue to get answers, negotiate, pay attention to my concerns, and ultimately finalize the deal. Basically, I want to finish this deal so I can return to my life. I spent 7 hours on Tuesday night and 3+ hours on Wednesday morning before driving away with the new (used) car. Not ok. There were times that I wondered what was happening - as I stood around, unsure how much longer it would take. Am I still the priority? Did something come up? Am I going to get to return to work soon? Or have lunch? My suggestions are more pointed communication and status updates, which will go a long way. At the end of the day, my daughter has a safe car, the deal felt good (at the end), and I'm glad to be done with it all for now. For my next car purchase, I will definitely keep Kelly Automotive on my list of dealerships to consider.”
