“Hello, GFS had a great assortment of seasoning. Unfortunately, prices are reaching beyond high-end supermarkets. Friendly staff can only make up for so much. It seems as if the prices are dictating which items are on the shelf. EG smoked chipotle seasoning is no longer offered simply because of the price. Smoked hot sauce has also met the same fate. Hopefully one day GFS will simply become a place where the exclusive products will be offered.”

“The place is always neat. It has almost everything you need. In the home section there are always new things. ALMOST ALL THE WORKERS THERE ARE KIND AND FRIENDLY. ESPECIALLY A GIRL WITH INTENSE GREEN EYES AND ANOTHER GIRL WITH SHORT RED HAIR, that's what I like about a place. that it is clean and that its workers are friendly. ALDI IS THAT ?”

“I have no complaints about this place!! Hot foods always good, cold salads aren’t missing a thing (especially the antipasta). I’m there 2 or 3 times a week and the only time I’m let dow. Is if their sold out of hot food! Keep Jeanette proud!”

“I only needed a couple items, they were extremely busy...and they only had 2 registers open, however the cashiers worked their fingers to the bone with a smile on their faces and they were pleasant and all the customers were pleasant as well we didn't mind waiting.”
“Make a quick stop in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Got a Reuben sandwich and soup, both were delicious and reasonably priced. Will certainly stop by again.”

“As far as Aldi stores go, this one is pretty good. They always have a variety of produce, it isn't always in the best condition, the organic celery is never up to par for example, it's typically bruised and brownish. Sometimes the mixed greens lettuce has old pieces in it. It's not bad enough to prevent me from shopping produce there, it's just something that I look out for. They have all the other typical aldi stuff, the specialty cheeses are great. They also have tons of different types of dips and salsas. The meat section is pretty good, but make sure you put your meat in one of the plastic bags they have nearby, because the racks that the refrigerated meat products are stored on is absolutely nasty. In the freezer section there's a huge freezer across the floor with specialty freezer items. This is PA, so there's unfortunately no alcohol section here, for those coming from out of state. But I don't hold that against Aldi.”
“Friday I went in to this Giant Eagle, the store was clean and stocked. The manager on duty was Tom and he was busy stocking. Went and got the worker for the deli who didn’t take long at all.
Name was Sam. He kindly told me he was busy doing things in the back needed to wash his hands and he be right with me.
He came back, apologized if I was standing there long, said no.
He kindly asked if I wanted chipped or slice. Each thing I ordered he asked if this slice or whatever was okay etc. The customer service went unmatched. I give him a 10. Outstanding customer service.
Even noticed the double bagged lunch meat on two because the first one didn’t zip.
I appreciate that more than you know.
Thank you for the great customer service at the check out line too. The young lady with the pretty red braids.

“Great butcher shop. Always great cuts of meat. Order thru the week and pick up Friday or Saturday or walk in and pick from the case. All cuts of steaks, hams, roasts, smoked pork chops, you name it they got it cut to your desired thickness. Also have lots of frozen foods, sauces, beef sticks, marinades and lots of other stuff! We go as often as we can. There's a great group of people working there that always take great care of me and are super friendly!! We love Espey's Meat Market!”

“Eddie is the best meat manager down there! The only butcher out there that truly cares about the customers and the quality of their meat. This store is beyond lucky to have a super loyal employee that truly goes above and beyond for his job. A lot of people these days just go to work to get paid, not Eddie he really cares. His employee Greg is great to the team and they both get the job done and done right!”
“Giant Eagle is a very popular grocery store in White Oak as it is everywhere in Western PA. Large isles, enough for 2 buggies to pass one another, and shelves are stocked continuously.Cashiers and other personnel are quite friendly. There is even a local police officer monitoring the front of the store between the Enter and Exit.I've shopped there on various occasions, and there has never been a time when the store is not busy.”

“Every time I come to this dollar general I'm in heaven lol because there's so much more stuff to look at and buy than the other dollar general's in the area it seems like it is the biggest and the staff members seem to know how to order things so that it seems like they don't ever run out of something and 9 time's out of 10 if something isn't on the shelf then sometimes they have extra items in the back I also like this store better because everyone that works there seems so friendly and is always willing to help out a customer without any attitude or sly remarks under there breath and they don't have a mean mug on there faces lol like the other dollar general's around here”

“This place has been 1 big mess since it opened yrs ago. Finally they have hired a Manager "Jeremy" that knows what he is doing and has a good attitude about "customer service". Give Jeremy a month to undo all the messes and drama that the previous so called manager left him and the IMPROVEMENTS will be obvious and well worth it. Say hello to Jeremy while your there or if you need help and he will go out if his way to make sure you leave the store with everything you need and a smile on your face. SEPT 29 2023”

“This store is great for convenience. There are odd things they don't seem to carry and it looks a little disorganized and sloppy when you go in. Good deals on some items and overcharging for other items, since they are the only game in the area.”
