Maintenance requests are answered promptly and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. There is normally a follow up, to make sure that your problem has been sufficiently resolved. The landscapers keep the grounds well maintained throughout the year. At this stage of our lives, we are very satisfied with our apartment at Hershey Heights and plan to stay as long as possible.”

“This motel is downtown Hershey and was a great location. The clerk in the office was polite, nice and ready to assist us with anything.
The only drawback was the shower pressure was weak.
We will be back again!”
