“I’m up from Suffolk Virginia and my Hotwater Heater on my fifth wheel needed an anode, mine was bad and leaking. I ordered online and the manager called to let me know the Ace Hardware was closed but he would meet me to pick up my purchase. That is above and beyond for service. I was absolutely thrilled that he could complete my order and I could hook up my water to the camper.”

“I needed a lightweight inexpensive battery chainsaw. Everyone was very helpful and liked their sense of humor. Decided on a dewault 6” to use on branches that fell during the storm. Worked out perfectly. Also needed a tool sharpened. Fast service and the price was right.”

“Good store but some items can be pricey compared to other stores. I Couldn’t find ice melt the day before a large snow storm but they had a pet friendly 50lb bag for around $23 and were even getting more stock in as the pallet outside was emptying (truck was delivering).”
“I like the customer service. There is only one guy that I try to avoid because he is usually really grouchy. You will know who it is as soon as you ask this guy for assistance. But everyone else is great. I have found that ACE prices beat the larger stores.”
“Delivered a load of rebar here. I pulled in to find myself third inline. Waited till little after they opened at 7, and one of the workers came around and told us to take paperwork to the main office. As soon as I got back outside, another employee motioned me to pull into the building. The unloading process takes a little time since they use overhead cranes. Still was only there for 1 hour 30 mins. The only problem here was that the unloader used my front fender to crawl off another trailer. Besides that, pleasant experience here.”
“Today 05/11/2026 my mother and I went into Lowes seeking out a few things for a squirrel we have kn our attic and has chewed a hole in part of the outside wood which became the entry point. We encountered Matt in the Paint Counter. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, informative, kind, and empathetic towards our lil critter situation. He showed us a few products, than took the time to explain everything in great easy to understand detail for the products he did recommended, how to use, when to use etc. My son is going to be the one taking care of this situation. Matt went a step further and told us if my son had any questions to call the store and ask for him and hed walk him through it. Matt is an OUTSTANDING employee and a valueable asset to that store! Thank you Matt and Lowes! Great experience!”
“I’m not even blaming this store, but I will blame Tractor supply online for only given them four stars. This store this manager 10 out of 10 awesome group of people awesome manager but the online service services during this 2025 Thanksgiving holiday online did me dirty. After trying to place my order five different times. They had me go to three different stores three different times for pick ups sent the one Package to this store a day early so I checked my emails today knowing that they return packages three days after it makes it to the store, but my three days had already passed because they sent it to the store a day early so I lost the Purchase. Now the other seven shirts that I did order for Family for Christmas gifts not for myself are in limbo with FedEx and I fear they might not even come on the specified date. Will I get any notification or will these be returned as well but this store in Harrisburg Jonestown Road awesome group of people thank you for all the great years.”
