“I believe it was the owner who made my sandwich. He seem to know everyone coming in for lunch. I moved from out of state and some of the places I have been so far were not as friendly as I am used to. So it was really nice to see he was interested in his customers and friendly. I got a smoked turkey hoagie and it was great, lots of meat and the peppers were great.”

“The family that runs this and all the staff are really great! They have consistently great sandwiches, hoagies and other food from the grill! Love the Italian hoagie and Buffalo chicken quesadilla, and my wife and daughter both love bacon / turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwiches here. It’s a regular go-to for us and we’re never disappointed!”

“They saved me over $1000 that would have been spent unnecessarily at another establishment. I was lied to at the other place, but my wife went here and took my car in for me. They took care of everything we needed in a very timely manner, and even with what was needed didn't try to bleed us dry. We paid a very reasonable proce for the work. It feels good to be able to trist someone with somethong as imprtant as your vehicle. It can often be a matter of life or death for you and your family. We will be going here from now on!”

“I love South Deli. I've been going to them for awhile. It's the only place in Center City that sells Dominican/Puerto Rican food. Food that my Puerto Rican mom use to make. My favorite is the pernil, of course. But the rice with beef stew is delicious too. I have to bring home the tostones and pastelillos to my son and husband. That is their favorite. “Went here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend to get hoagies because he says they have some of the best there are. We both got turkey and cheese hoagies and I will say they are some really good hoagies, I would definitely recommend hoagies from here and I would definitely come back again for a good hoagie. “5 stars because I love the owners and the idea of heritages. But this store has 2 people in the morning that are rude and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich when ordered was like Styrofoam. 1st time the egg was like a rock. 2nd time egg was like Styrofoam. Not sure of the process but seems pretty basic to me. Pre- made are great. Ordered have been terrible. This while the cashier and cook talk about not getting each other started because they have to do thier job. Not the experience this newly refurbished store deserves.”

“Wawa is wawa. But this specific little store that sits on mcdade accompanied by all the super wawas seems a lil different; to me. Im a night guy, im in there mostly every night (midnight-2am) and always see the same crew working. They are the best. They are laid back, cool, and helpful. No disrespect on the am crew, but the night ones know wusup.”
