“I was up from North Carolina with my grandson and we hit a big pot hole, normal day in Pittsburgh :-), and had a vibration in my tire. I'm going back on Saturday and they were awesome and fit us in to make sure everything was safe. I ended up having a bent rim, it was a doozy! They were able to fix it in about an hour and a half and made sure that I was safe and the tire was balanced and ready to go for the trip back home. Can't say enough good things! Reasonably priced, very professional and courteous service and definitely felt like I was taking care of.”

They were incredibly kind and professional — went out of their way to make sure I was safe and got my spare tire on quickly. Even though I ended up getting my tire repaired somewhere closer to home, I was really impressed by their generosity and willingness to help a stranger. Everyone I spoke to tried to sell me more than I needed without even seeing the car! Then I called here! They were so kind and honest from the very beginning. Never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and got me done the next day! I am so happy to have found them and will not be taking my car anywhere else from now on! Thank you guys! “Went for an oil change and a transmission flush. I was serviced by Clifton and Cory. It was quick ,fast , and efficient. They even went out of their way to drive to the store up the street to get the transmission fluid that I needed for my vehicle because they didn’t have any at the current location in stock, A+ service will be back again.”

“Such a wonderful experience at North Hills Mitsubishi. We went in for annual inspection and left with a brand new vehicle. Colin, Bobby W and Sales Manager Mat were helpful on the first day! We took the car home the first day for a test and realized that wasn't the right car for us. When we came back, Eric the finance manager and Colin the sales consultant got right back into helping us! Mat was very helpful again as well. We were extremely pleased with everything they did to get us into the right vehicle at the perfect price. “They normally add air in my tires without me asking. I needed air this time and was not thinking to ask them. Is it my fault or theirs? If you can remind me if I need an air filter please remind me I need air. A small thing I come back for the care and I have getting my oil changed at Valvoline since I had my first car and they taught me the importance of getting your oil changed every 3000 miles ???. That’s over 30 years of smiles so I am spoiled when I complain about tires not being filled. You must always work hard to achieve a goal that is unreachable but I believe in Valvoline”
