“I had an AMAZING experience buying my new tires from Flynn Tires in North Huntington last month--Nov. 2023. I highly recommend this store. They will take excellent care of you. And I got the tires installed in under an hour.I have now bought 4 new tires from them twice: once in 2020, and again in 2023. I am now a loyal customer for life!!!The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And there were no high pressure sales tactics when I called to order the tires, which I greatly appreciated.The salesperson was more than happy to sell me the exact same type of tires I already had, however, I inquired about the next level up. I decided to upgrade to a tire with better traction for winter driving conditions.Because I bought my old tires from them, the salesperson had told me on the phone that they would pro-rate the old ones--and save me money on the new tires. I imagined that maybe I'd save $100 on 4 new tires. But I was wrong...They deducted $461 from the price of my 4 new tires!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. And then on top of that, I was eligible for a $100 rebate from Goodyear Tires, which arrived last week in the form of a Visa gift card.I saved a total of $561 on the cost of my new tires by going to Flynn Tires! Between the exquisite customer service, high-quality, name-brand tires, low-pressure sales, and the incredible savings, I am now hooked for life! I'll never get my tires from anywhere else. P.S. I just read some of the negative reviews about repairs. I can't address that issue because I have ONLY gone there for tires and not repairs. (I have my own trusted mechanic closer to my house.) Anyway, I'm really surprised to read those reviews because I have had nothing but great experiences with them.”

I have an older car so I knew this was possible, but I took it to TJ's for a second opinion. They had my repairs done within 3 hours and it only costed me $224. “I dropped my car off which had a battery issue of some kind (it wasn't the actual battery which was new). I dropped it off on Saturday and they had it ready Tuesday (I wasn't in a rush this didn't seem like too long to me).When I came to get the car they told me they fixed battery cables at no charge. Hard to find people like this nowadays. And makes me think they will be fair when charging for more involved repairs. Will definitely be back!”

“This place does some of the best work I've ever seen. Even when I miss appointments they are always willing to take me back with open arms. I could go to a garage that would do the work for less, however it wouldn't be nearly the quality or standard that pinnacle offers. They have been working on my cars for years and I will continue to go there again and again until either they close or I'm gone. Even if the price may be a little more than I'd like they will work with you and go the extra mile to fix whatever problem you have. Pinnacle are my cars ride or die.”

“The Pennzoil site that I visited is the one near Beachwood Boulevard in Squirrel Hill- Greenfield. The manager honored $5 of a $10 coupon which he said that didn't apply but he gave me a credit as a courtesy. I know the condition of my car and I'm happy to say that they did not try to upsell any items that I didn't need like a air filter. They were polite to all customers including me and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants fast and efficient service”
