“Costco is a chain warehouse club store that has hundreds of locations across the United States and other countries. This particular Costco location in Homestead opened in 2007, and it contains many of the same types of products as do other locations of Costco. For several years, my husband and I have been Executive members of Costco. We visit Costco every several weeks to stock up on groceries (particularly their chicken, vegetables, and fruits), household cleaning products (especially their pods for laundry and dishes), hygiene products (mostly contact solution), dog pads, and whatever else we need. We think that Costco's products are a high quality and that their prices are low. Other departments at this Costco include electronics, appliances, mattresses, clothes, optical department, hearing aid center, pharmacy, food court, gas station, tire center, auto buying, etcetera. I often forget to bring my large tote bags from home, so I appreciate that Costco provides free cardboard boxes near the cash registers. The cashiers have always accurately rung up our purchases and politely thanked us.”

“I didn’t want to record but you need to know it was my first experience at the Waterfront CVS and I was extremely impressed. The pharmacist ( the ONLY pharmacist) was pleasant and helpful from the beginning till the end.. I’ve never seen such a pleasant pharmacist.. The other pharmacies I have dealt with were all so miserable.. It’s because they’re all short staffed but the customers need to be treated better. It’s not our fault.. The pharmacist at CVS was also by himself with numerous customers but he was still pleasant. I thanked him for being so kind. I don’t know his name and I hope you’re able to find this out by the survey number. Reward him for a job extremely well done. Please he deserves some recognition…. “Just had an awesome experience with Jackson today n the bakery. At the last minute we needed a gluten free birthday cake. He was super friendly and helpful. He walked me to where they had a couple options. He then partnered with his team to get them personalized in minutes. This store and team were great.”
