Greg was genuinely helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless. The unit was clean when I moved in and every time I visit, the hallways are clean and well-lit. They also have a truck that you can rent, which was easy to drive and accommodated all of my furniture. Location is another huge plus—easy to access and conveniently located. This place goes above and beyond. Kristen was truly amazing in clarifying, along with resolving inaccurate information provided by a second party (who answers your phone lines after 6pm). Her professionalism, understanding and stealth customer service skills were the most satisfying, rewarding, and calmimg result during my emergency need for storage space. She also went above and beyond to provide me with a moving truck, in spite of the 2nd party overbooking your only teyck. I can only trust that anyone needing Guadian Storage services can have the same 5 star experience Kristen provided me with! Thank you so much Kristen!!!”
