“Premier Furniture Rental of Harrisburg Pennsylvania gave Excellent Customer Service.February 17th I spoke to Mike about getting furniture. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I was able to get approved in less than two hours and didn't even have to go in store!! Mike sent me photos of different furniture prices etc. It was awesome. And all delivered February 19th. And the delivery men were very kind and patient with me as to where to situate furniture etc.Mike gave Excellent Customer Service and Support on the phone and online. “Recently, I purchased a custom outdoor dining table and four chairs. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They have multiple styles and colors to choose from. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Even though my husband has a truck, we had the items delivered because it was a nominal fee. Everything arrived exactly as ordered and the workmanship is exceptional. We had significant winds last week, and because this furniture is so sturdy, it did not budge. Any other aluminum furniture would have been thrown through the windows of our patio doors. We are very happy with the purchase. These will last our lifetime!”
“The showroom is less than impressive. However, we were able to find a beautiful bed frame available for immediate delivery. The salesperson at the front desk was helpful and friendly.The kitchen and lighting equipment store located within the store was less than impressive. Staff member didn’t even get out of his chair to assist or greet us. Begrudgingly answered our question with no follow up. We were interested in both a new refrigerator and microwave. We will spend our dollars elsewhere.”

“Kirkland customer service is top notch. I ordered an accent chair for a christmas present on cyber Monday. It shipped in a very timely manner, however, the label got messed up and needed to be replaced. The package sat at a fed ex warehouse for DAYS with no movement. I called fed ex twice trying to find out what was going on and basically got the run around. I finally decided to call Kirklands to see what options I had. The lady I spoke with was so nice and so understanding (I wish I would have wrote her name down to give her the credit she deserves). She said she would look into it and put a rush on it. A day later I got an email that another chair was on the way and I would have it before christmas. I am eternally grateful for their assistance. Customer service can't be an easy job, these folks deserve a raise for their continued kindness and professionalism. Thank you!!!!”

“Target is a great place to shop. Target offers a variety of products sold at decent prices with added discounts. The store’s customer-centric benefits with Target Circle and Red Card provides savings or more money in your pocket and added security and protection for your debit card. I love the availability, convenience and ease of Order Pickup especially if I only need a thing or two for a small price without having to pay for shipping fees, unless otherwise product availability is is for shipping only. Their hours of operation is great appreciated due to my work schedule making order pickups and your shopping experience such a breeze without any worries with the store closing on me! Thanks, Target! Though I must add that for others that posted poor reviews about the store for having products scattered all over the place, it is generally isn’t the store’s fault. This is a retail business, not a hotel with constant housekeeping, and cannot always babysit people who do not care to properly put items back to where they belong or should be. It’s a big store with a variety of inventory, lack of staff or too many tasks at hand could delay products getting into their racks or shelves. Maintained and organized store display is important, but we must also expect customers to have the decency to not mess the place up. Be respectful and put things back the way they were. I treat any businesses the same way I treat my own home ?♀️”
“Customer service is top notch. The customer service reps, fulfillment and the drive up workers deserve a raise.
The pressure placed on these employees is unbelievable- just to stay number one in the district? When my daughter worked here (also her friend) they were both reprimanded for calling off due to a store wide stomach virus.
They were told “Everyone else came to work, why couldn’t you?” Mind you, I’m a parent and a customer who also got sick because of this.
**However the 4 stars are because the employees of this store do a great job!***
The management here is just hostile and goal oriented- not people. Which isn’t the way to show appreciation to them for doing such a good job. It’s a shame that I can’t give them 5 stars due to the toxic workplace issues which as a loyal customer means just as much as getting my products within 2 hours.”
